Easy to put in place and it's simple it just works !
There is no downside for me to not use booxi for appointment feature.
Easy tool to propose appointment feature
Unlike many other companies, I can chat with an actual person using their chat feature. We can integrate booxi into our lightspeed account for smooth transactions and accounting. Booxi is an easy reservation system for customers to navigate with a texting feature.
There are a few things I would like to personalize more with my business, but I can work within the constraints.
Takes away the labour involved with booking reservations on the phone. Easy for customers to use and for us to work within.

The system doesn't have the option to send Happy Birthday greetings to loyal clients.
The system doesn't provide an option to send virtual health/medical questionnaires (or COVID pre-screenings) to the clients. It doesn't even offer the opportunity to upload the questionnaire (pdf) to the customer profile. The trend now is to go paperless. Booxi needs to figure a way to provide the user a way to create a personalized health questionnaire (a plugin or an affiliation with a form-building platform).
On-line booking; our loyal clients can book at their convenience. It saves me time from going back and forth and closing an appointment.
Many new clients, who find us with search engines, book us on booxi.
It is easy. I am not super computer savvy but can figure this program out easily.
I wish there was a way to change things to suit our business needs better. For example, changing business hours for one week, or day to accommodate holidays closures, ect.
Read all of the training, it is very helpful when getting set up.

Honestly I don't really dislike anything. I wouldn't use it though if lightspeed had a calendar function with a front end booking widget.

Il faut etre prudent quand on retire un service, ce dernier risque de rester disponible car nous devons le retirer à deux endroit.
Booxi nous permet à nos clients de réserver directement en ligne et l'outil de SMS nous permet de communiquer rapidement avec la clientèle sans avoir à prendre du temps au téléphone

Facile à paramétrer et à prendre en main. L'interface Booxi est moderne et bien ellaborée.

Il manque encore le connecteur à Service Cloud ce qui est dommage. Encore un peu de patience
