the flow with the leads is impecable, everything is recorded with timestamps, there's a lot of information that you can filter, prioritize, assest. super friendly and no need to downoad any app

is not my personal case but I have heard coworkers saying that comsumes a lot of ROM. Also, it opens a lot of new windows which consumes a lot of space. but I am learning to handle

Managing 10k+ leads on this CRM is very easy, record and activities made by the leads on the listings, help them filter listings and contacts made by phone, texts and emails. I have worked with other CRMs for different sectors but this one is above many. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

BoomTown is an incredible platform that accomplishes everything that I need it to do. I also love that it is an ever-changing platform that keeps up to date with the current market and trends.

It is very expensive. I would love to have my own BoomTown account so that I wouldn't have to keep sharing a website with my team. I care a lot about what my website looks like and just don't have the flexibility to do what I would want to do on a team platform.

BoomTown's CRM and website integration is a fantastic way to nurture clients continuously. I find it much more user-friendly and analytical compared to sending listings via the MLS. The app integration is great too!

I've gotten plenty of leads with BT. I love the ease of the CRM and the reminders. Everything can be logged making it super easy to keep track of everyone . So far, I'm happy with it!

My only dislike it a lot of texts sent directly thru the app go to the leads spam. Not sure if it's the carrier or the lead prompting it to spam. Sometimes I can rewrite it, wording a little different and it will go thru.

BT helps me to stay organized and allows me to track all conversation and activity from each lead making it super easy to refer back to notes, prior conversations, etc.

I value the simplicity involved in adding individuals. It's truly fantastic that my database is portable, accompanying me on my journeys. The capability to establish automated searches is truly impressive. Additionally, the smart drip plans provide significant assistance.

There are a couple of shortcomings that I believe they are addressing. Among these is the capability to search through the notes that have been input for an individual, which is a significant concern. Additionally, I wish to have a simplified process for attaching documents to a profile. Lastly, it would be advantageous if they could either utilize my personal cell number for my Boomtown number or permit me to make calls while displaying that number. It appears that people find it inconvenient to have to save multiple numbers.

Currently, Boomtown is in the process of resolving the issue of connecting my transaction management to my profile. Interestingly, this feature functions flawlessly for everyone else in my office, but unfortunately, it seems to be encountering difficulties when it comes to my profile.

I can use my cell phone to make calls from the app ...so easy.

I still need to dedicate time to learn it, however so far it's been eay peezy

Lack of leads ...with Boomtown, I get multiple leads daily

The phone app is missing some features that I really use when I am on the computer.

It acts as a secretary in some ways, suggesting calls and texts. The integration with BomBom is priceless.

The program is very user friendly, tons of great options to handle your leads, and the app is just as good

The most helpful part of BoomTown to me is it is the one place where all my client's contact information, notes and where they are in the sales process is safely and conveniently kept. The upsides to BoomTown include the drip campaigns, e-lerts, and the ability to send listings the lead wants to see!

There are integrations but still not enough as they pertain to other parts of the sales process and creating a client for life.

It helps me to stay in touch with my buyer leads, sphere, and past clients.
