Bookwhen has made running a business a lot easier. Before using Bookwhen keeping track of appointments and payments was a real hassle but Bookwhen takes all the hard and stressful work away.
I cannot recommend Bookwhen enough👍🏼

Bookwhen is perfect for our little Studio

Bookwhen is really a great system for our new Pole, Aerial and Yoga studio to manage our bookings and customers.
Just connecting my paypal account did not work in the beginning but I could solve this issue.
Adding new classes is really easy and our students are very happy with the booking process.

Bookwhen makes it easy for me to see what classes are busy and plan accordingly. I can easily download information on bookings and cancelations. When I couldnt find th right info, they were really quick in supporting me.

I've used bookwhen for a few years now, and it always functions as required. The times when I've had problems, the customer support team is brilliant at helping me out. I've also seen improvements during that time that I didn't even know I needed, which shows a team which is all about making the best possible booking experience for its users.
