The ability to search up any personal care service I need and see every appointment available within a certain mile radius that I have set. Other apps do that too, sure, but not as user friendly as booksy in my opinion

Absolutely nothing. There isn't a single thing I would change about this app. I have never had any issues personally.

As a really busy person, it has saved me so much time that I would have spent calling places one by one to figure out when the next available appt for a service is. With booksy, I can book an appointment and receive a confirmation either immediately or within a day or two depending on what the business has set for appointment confirmations.

The interface of Booksy is accessible not only for the business but also for the client.

Occasionally the text reminders do not include specific detail, which can make the clients confused.
