Simple and efficient

What do you like best about BookSteam?

I especially like to use BookSteam to schedule frequent team meetings, interviews or consultations with current clients, new or prospective employees, to set up times for video conferences, for booking requests from our website, emails and text messages.

What do you dislike about BookSteam?

Fantastic user experience through smooth UI and great features

PROS: Has a dynamic UI that is smooth to navigate, easy to use and it doesn’t take much of your time. It makes planning and scheduling extremely efficient for me, which is perfect for managing and tracking all employees, their tasks, and their work shifts. The tool generates useful notifications and reports constantly as well. In addition, BookSteam works efficiently with MailChimp and other tools that are essential for my workflow.

CONS: BookSteam has no big disadvantage. This is terrifically useful for many important tasks in our company.

Handles booking for any companies very well

PROS: Easy to use and outstanding booking tool that I use for quite some time now. It has made much of our processes easier and better, and it a terrific time saver too. This helps our business acquire bigger sales. Plus, it has dependable user support that genuinely listens to our suggestions and points, which is great for boosting their platform.

CONS: It lacks sufficiency in API. However, I expect its developers to work this problem out soon. After all, they always try to successfully satisfy user demands.

Wonderful booking tool from Canada

PROS: This is very easy to use both on the front and back end. I don’t have difficulties using it as an administrator, then my clients enjoy smooth user experience through their accounts too. It also comes in cheap Canadian dollar price rates, which means I don’t need to worry about unstable USD comparisons. And oh, the user support team proves dependable each time I connect with them.

CONS: I’d like a feature that can limit certain activities, such as limiting the number of messages I receive in a day, without affecting other options I need. Also, it doesn’t feature notes on receipts, doesn’t allow external reviews such as on Google and Facebook, and it doesn’t have auto-link features for Instagram. It is difficult or impossible to personalize some front-end options for clients too. And it suspends funds for few days if clients or customers get gift certs.

Great tool to save time

PROS: With booksteam.com we no longer have any scheduling limitations. As a matter of fact, we do scheduling online, and this tool was the right way to start doing it. We were comparing it to 5 or 6 similar programs, but none was this easy and full of productive features. We also love the modern design, and the fact that it supports credit card processing via stripe.

CONS: So far, there was absolutely nothing to dislike, I can’t even think of improvements. I just hope they're not going to mess up something, I really like the tool.

The structure is simple, but all features are there

PROS: BookSteam is a part of our team since 2013, which means we have quite a story to tell about it. We were driven to it by several unsuccesful attempts of discovering online scheduling services, and I'm somehow grateful to all those imperfect programs that defocused the spotlight towards BookSteam. What can I say? Fantastic service, fantastic features, fantastic support at all times. What we want is for BookStream to remain as it is, we need it for many years to come!

CONS: So far, users are booking and paying via Stripe, and the integration is pretty awesome. Still, what would be really great is to introduce PayPal, many more people would make use of it.
