I needed an Appointment Management system for my business, I bought the booknetic system and installed it very quickly, they were very helpful with support. I can easily manage it by paying this one time instead of paying money for an external system.

Our experience with Booknetic has been extremely frustrating. Despite following their documentation to the letter, the plugin fails to function as promised. Critical issues include:

Failure to create WordPress users on new bookings, making it impossible for customers to access their accounts.
Forgot Password feature doesn’t work, showing errors like “Email not registered” even for existing customers.
Workflows meant to send login credentials don’t trigger as intended, leaving customers in the dark.
We’ve spent hours troubleshooting, only to find no solution. The documentation is unhelpful, and these bugs have severely impacted our business. If you rely on this plugin for professional use, think twice before purchasing!
