Booking Boss is an amazing piece of cloud software that I can not live without! This software has massively improved efficiency and customer service for our business. Booking Boss has consolidated all our distribution channels, with 'live connections', into the one easy and convenient location making it to manage customers and session/class schedules.
There is no particular fault or dislike I can point out with this software. Booking Boss is constantly improving and adding new features.

As for cost, you only pay for what you use! This is awesome during times of slower months if your activity is seasonal.
Booking Boss has solved all our messy scheduling issues. Now in the one place we can manage all of customers from any distribution channel, take payments over the phone and reschedule customers or entire sessions with a click of a button. We have also notice a huge drop in "No Shows" as this system auto sends a reminder SMS to customers 48 hours before they arrive (this feature is customisable as well)
