Great tool!

PROS: I really like so many things about this software. For one thing, I can integrate it really easily into my own site. I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve when learning how to use it. I can also customize it to suit my business needs, like with how many products I currently have in stock, setting up reorders so I always have inventory, and even establishing rapport with customers. It has really just been a great tool all around.

CONS: I do have to admit that setting this up can be a little daunting because there's a lot of moving pieces that I need to be on top of. But I really don't think it outweighs all the positives my business gets from it.

What do you like best?

It's easy to schedule clients for appointments. I love the profile feature that let's you make notes of what client's like/dislike, any allergic reactions to products, and anything that they request for a new appointment.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes Booker goes down. It is really hard when the application goes down and we have lots of clients in the spa.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Organization. Keeping clients and staff organized is a huge benefit to using Booker. Everything is right there at your fingertips. Service providers have a tablet that they carry with them that shows them the clients profile privately. It really helps.

I truly like the ease of use of the product arrangement, particularly the simplified interface. Double booking, underbooking, billing issues, inventory management. The benefits are incomprehensible!

Booker is extremely easy all around. Schedules staff and availability are easy to navigate.

What do you dislike?

Booker sometimes doesnt show it is over booking appointment until you try to click confirm.

If you have a high volume spa with additional components like cabanas this is an excellent product.

I really felt the software was self teaching . I personally set up all parameters of my business . From the number of products and auto reorders to connections socially with customers . Integrating into my own site so simple .

There’s a lot of set up info . But business has many aspects and this covered it .

I like how easy it is to move appointments around - rescheduling is a breeze and nothing gets lost with the clipboard feature

What do you dislike?

Features can be hard to find as the interface is very sleek, but they can usually be found through their help page which is a great source of information. Their how-to videos make training a breeze

It’s great for all sizes of spas as it is very customizable. Similar to mindbody in interface.

I like all of the features it offers and how versatile it is! The features can be changed according to the kind of employee, it can be customized easily, and keeps appointments very organized.

What do you dislike?

Booker has been slow for phases and has previously shut down the software in the middle of the day when it is needed by businesses who depend on it to function.

Getting refunds for clients who had technical issues do to problems with Booker's software heist. There have been less issues since they worked on it.
