If you work in a place people need to book before, it's the best app so far we have used. We have all the information you need. You can change, charge and refund on the apps.

Sometimes, when the app is doing some updates, it takes a few days to get the real information. There are a few bugs after updates and we have to communicate with Bookeo to fix the whole thing or play with the settings.

We are sure a room cannot have two reservations at the same time. It's perfect.

This is a web-based program and would have been awesome if it had an android or iOS app to access from the field. No backup system if web access is interrupted.

There is not much to say about this, but if at times, this system can present certain flaws making the software a bit cumbersome to use it. When you edit the system's input tray, you can not put many things in it, as if there is a limit on the spacing of the screen elements.

Also on certain occasions, when the software is performing its updates, it tends to take a long time, and delays the issuance of reports. You also get some errors, but all this happens after contacting the technical support people, who are very quick to manipulate the configuration and leave this software optimal.

Bookeo Software makes a suite of programs used for the purpose of managing and organizing reservations online with idea of eCommerce. The programs are Bookeo: Appointments, Classes and Courses and Activities. All these programs are easy to install and for the most part easy to use.What I liked very much about this is the ability to customize the way your screen looks. It gives you a lot of options. You can choose how you want to have the customer see when he logs on. They also let you make use of the common day technology, such as sending text alerts and also email, etc.

The only thing that I can say is the sometimes it can be a little cumbersome in finding things. There seems to be a screen calculated spacing limit of items on the screen. What it does is put things that are outside that limit on another screen.which will appear on another tab. Now it keeps good organization of this. If you have a lot of activity going on, you may end up with a few tabs to go through to find what you need.

For organization of online reservations, this is a good product. The support is good if you need help. It is a very easy install and manage.

Users can't change the color themes or superficial appearance. Occasionally, without warning, the site slows down and causing students to wait a few minutes for the site to reload.

Students can register for classes either on the mobile or desktop interface.

My preference for customer view for booking escape games. No cost passed on to customers.

Easiest and best laid out view for customers to visualize and book escape games. Other software passes costs on to the customer. Bookeo does not.
