Wish they had more text features and abilities

Simple fast scheduling

It helps a lot to keep me on track with all my appointments, I'm running my own business: Golding Car Detailing and I don't need call or text to confirm with my customers, they also are able to reschedule or cancel by themselves. Helps to save a lot of time

Bookedin is an excellent platform for booking appointments. It is very simple to set up yet comprehensive. I would highly recommend Bookedin to anyone that needs a reliable service for talking to clients.

There isn't anything that I don't like about this service.

I was using a different platform before I started using Bookedin that wasn't even working half the time. I found Bookedin and everything has been working just fine.

Bookedin features essential integrations such as videoconferencing (for example Zoom), payments (such as Stripe), and calendar (i.e. Google Calendar). They even offer recurring appointments. Their support team is always helpful too.

The main reasons that I went with Calendly instead of Bookedin are:

• Cost

• I use a different program to accept payments (for my music teaching business I use Duet Partner, formerly known as Music Teacher's Helper)

If you need a scheduling software that does it all and is backed by amazing support, go with Bookedin.

When I needed consultations booked for first-time or prospective customers, Bookedin worked great. I could still use the free version if I wanted too.

I enjoy how easy it is to find clients, to book clients, to request for payments, and to see what the recent activities have been and what's going on. I love the side bar that keeps you updated on the upcoming appointments for the day. It is very simple to change the view, hours, etc. Being able to block out times is always a number one priority for me also. It is easy to confirm appointments also.

I do not love the look of this system, not that that is important. I wish it was an easy process to change colors of booked appointment depending on what type of appointment it is, etc. I think that would be a great way to look at a glance and see what's going on. And even if that is an option, it isn't something simple and quick for when you are booking.

I recommend this to anyone, but if you aren't the only one scheduling for you, this is perfect. What our owner does also, is schedule "phone appointment availabilities so you now actually when she has a random 15 minute availability, etc. Which we LOVE.

My company schedules for many different people for many different kinds of businesses. This system is simple and easy to use while scheduling for a very busy accountant. With blocked out times it makes it simple for us to see when she can call them, or when they can come in. This minimizes many errors and keeps everyone happy.
