PROS: Thanks to Bookafy, I have minimized exchanging too many emails when I need to schedule meetings because now I just share a custom link and sync a confirmed appointment on Google Calendar, and even organize future classes.
CONS: Bookafy is excellent and could use Paypal as an option. It would also be great for Bookify to improve the UX on its booking page for customers. Templates are more than welcome, otherwise, I'll just keep using a desktop image I found somewhere.
PROS: Bookafy's support team makes us feel like they're sincere in helping us with our concerns. I also find their UI clean and simple.
CONS: I look forward to further improvements in the future. Nothing notable to dislike right now.

PROS: Bookafy is a game changer. It has a simple interface, clear features, and easy to use for our team, third-party suppliers, as well as our leads and existing clients because it always finds a slot that fits the schedule of the team and our prospects. Our conversion rate has considerably improved. Bookafy spares us from responding to appointment requests too since people can do it themselves on the site.
CONS: Integrating other languages can still be tricky.

Bookafy is an outstanding product and provides excellent customer service.
As a large state-wide entity, we needed an appointment booking solution that would handle up to 3,000 appointments a month in various locations while being able to pull and distribute monthly reports. Bookafy has done this for us. We are currently realizing less no-show's, less confusion over expectations of the appointment time frame, and a more accurate way to pull statics for reporting purposes.
It is very easy to set up, customize and their customer support is top notch.

Bookafy saves us time so that our prospects and clients can easily book appointments without having to call or go back and forth with emails.
I don't like going back and forth in emails to try to schedule meetings. Enter Bookafy. They allow me to send people my personalized link, and I can sync it with my Google Calendar and block off time as necessary. It eliminates a TON of time wasted scheduling appointments, and there's even an opportunity to host classes in the future.
I think they could do a little better with the UX of the customer-facing booking page, like offer templates to use, because personally I just picked up a desktop image to use. Also, they could use some PayPal support.. Otherwise, I think they're swell.
Get it. It will save you time and energy setting appointments. Add it to your website (I added a direct button to mine), your signature, and any email that needs a follow up. Super helpful.
I have saved time managing my calendar and the people who need to meet with me. I haven't yet used the payment functionality, but they do work with Authorize.net and Stripe if people want to get paid!

PROS: I like that I found Bookafy so easy to set up. I appreciate all the help of their tech support too because they helped us customize the platform according to the things we needed, so being able to integrate the system with our website is amazing.
CONS: Nothing so far. The tech support has been so patient with every question and concern I send their way.
