So easy to set up and understand and even easier for users to acclimate to. A huge selection of rewards to choose from. Fun and easy to give points. Customer service is quick, friendly, and super efficient.

The only downside I have come across is that it is difficult for users who have a large amount of points to redeem to get them quickly. Bonusly puts a cap on the amount you can redeem per day and per transaction so if you have a lot of points, it will take a while to get all of them.

Great at showing recognition to employees and letting them choose what gift cards they want.

Multiple options to pick for redemption, best is Charity. This is definitely life changing and promotes better education for under privileged.

You made it compulsory, so writing it. There is nothing that I don't like about this.

As of now, nothing. All I would suggest is, add more redemption options and you should add charity that focuses on saving the environment and animals.

Promoting good work and encouraging Storm troopers to perform better in what they do and be more good going forward.

Bonusly has been so fun when it comes to recognizing my peers for their accomplishments, and being able to see what others are recognizing them for as well! I think it is encouraging to see others succeed, and Bonusly makes it easy to be able to do that. It is also exciting to receive points!

So far there is nothing I dislike! I enjoy the organization of the website, it is fairly simple to use.

Bonusly helps those who have the most connections within the company, so if you are siloed in any way, you have fewer chances to receive Bonusly points. And I wish I had more points each month to give away!

It is a direct way to improve morale and encourage collaboration. It helps when you know that others see your work and appreciate it and you. It encourages people to work together and be NICE to each other.

Sometimes there is so much activity that it's hard to see if there are any recognitions you'd like to add onto.

Bonusly gives the power of employee reviews to the employee!

The downside is the app integration, and getting everyone use to using it that does not have an iphone or older phone.

Bonusly solves the top down management function of recognition and engagement by allowing peer to peer.

We are immediately notified when someone new joins the community, when their work anniversery is, etc. We are able to see in real time the recognition being passed on to others. We also get to add points on someone else posts that we agree deserves the recognition. The platform features change very quickly once you provide feedback to the proper team of what can be better. We aren't limited to already created Hashtags. We get to be original and creaet unique Hashtags as well. You get to view leader boards to see who has received the most recogition and there's also leader boards for your specific team. The points given/earned can be used to purchase things

I would absolutely love to have a higher monthly Bonusly point balance. We have so many people on the platform that by having 100 Bonusly points a month isn't realistic. It runs out within a day or two. I know we can continue providing the recognition even if we cannot pass on points but that can be disheartening

It can go against company policy to personally provide gifts to someone you feel deserves something special. With this feature we all stay within code of coduct and are able to make people smile. It's a win-win!

Keeping ppl motivated

The rewards are meaningful and easy to get. You don't need to save up for months to get a worthwhile reward. You have a nice budget of points to give out each month and it's incredibly easy to give points to your co-workers. I like knowing that I'm helping my team when I recognize their good work, and I'm inspired to do my best in order to earn more points.

I have yet to get the Slack bot to work correctly, so I have to go to the website directly to reward my peers. Sometimes it can't find my coworkers in the search and I can't reward them.

Get it. I've never been a part of a program that works so well or encourages such great behavior!

It's making it easy to recognize and reward our coworkers for being helpful, inclusive or kind. In turn, it gives us all a clear incentive to be those things to others.
