"Bonjoro has changed the way I connect with customers!"
What do you like best?

I love using Bonjoro to send personalised welcome videos to new students or customers - it makes them feel welcomed and seen and also makes space for their feedback. People love it and I think it also means they stick around longer. The automations are great and really easy to use.

What do you dislike?

There is honestly nothing I would change!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Go for it, its great fun!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It can be hard to reach out to everyone individually, but Bonjoro has made it much easier for me to stay in touch and avoid customer care volume by answering FAQs proactively.

What do you like best?

It's so quick and easy to use. I can literally send a video message within minutes. Using Bonjoro to connect with people has really made me stand out from the crowd. People tell me how much they love receiving my messages. They tell me how much of a lovely surprise it is and how much it brightens up their day.

What do you dislike?

There's nothing I dislike about Bonjoro.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One of the biggest benefits of using Bonjoro is how much it makes me stand out from the crowd. Sure, sending and receiving a personalised email is great. But receiving a personalised video where you can hear and see the person is much more powerful. It helps to get that know-like-trust factor a lot more quickly. I get a much higher open and conversion rate when I send a personalised video message as opposed to a personalised email. Another benefit is that it's often quicker for me to send someone a Bonjoro video message than writing out an email. So it's time-saving too.

"Our Donors Love This!"
What do you like best?

I love the unique nature of the app. I've been so surprised how much our donors like the thank you's that come from Bonjoro. It's also incredibly easy to use, and the welcome message from the founder (I think) was a great touch!

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far. I wish our nonprofit had the money to get a better package. We'd use it even more.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it. I think you'll love it. We're excited about setting up our first campaign soon. So far we are only using it for donor thank yous but think there's a lot of other potential.

We are able to provide instant thank yous to our donors that we are getting great feedback on!

"Unique way to say hello!"
What do you like best?

Bonjoro is a super fun way to introduce yourself to new clients! I like being able to customize my message and make things personal! I like being able to have fun with the Bonjoros I create to send to new clients for my company.

What do you dislike?

Only dislike is the mobile app is a teeny bit clunky.

Bonjoro is a great way to get a personal touch out there to people you want to communicate with!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to personally introduce myself to make that connection to people is huge in the age of the internet! I like being able to show personality and see people's responses to my welcome videos.

"The missing app you don't know you need (but you do!)"
What do you like best?

The app is SO easy to use!

I admit that I was a bit skeptical at first... Why would I add work to a funnel that is passive and evergreen.

But I gave this a try. Signed up for my free trial and bam. Conversion rate increased overnight just because of the personal touch. I'm just getting started, but this is magic!

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a way to assign a custom email to a workflow. Not a huge deal, but they might add it at some point.

Overall I'm super pleased!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just give the trial a go. My conversions increased almost overnight before having to make a payment to continue using it (and I am a paid user now)

"Amazing way to do personal follow-ups to a lead generator download!"
What do you like best?

I love how you can connect to HubSpot or other systems and get notified when you have a new lead to record a video for. Being able to tap on an iOS notification and immediately start recording is magical.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice if they had the ability to get iOS notifications when someone responds to your video instead of just an email. Not a deal-breaker, just a nice-to-have.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sending personal videos to create connections with incoming leads or prospects. It has helped me turn a lead generator download into a full-fledged conversation very easily.

What do you like best?

Our audience loves it and it's very unique way to connect with them that very few people are doing right now.

The ease of use means it doesn't hinder our day to day operations and we're able to jump in and out without too much prep work.

The integrations are really great and it plugs right into our CRM.

What do you dislike?

We had one or two tech issues but their support team were quick to help us out.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Spend some time to set your workflows up correctly. Create solid templates, link it with your CRM and have it pull in the data that you can use to personalize your videos.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were looking to reduce our refund rate through better engagement with customers.

The results speak for themselves! Since using Bonjoro our refund rate has drop by up to 10%.

"Email is boring, send Bonjoros instead"
What do you like best?

Simple platform with analytics and awesome features. With a handful of clicks, I can add an email address and record a personalized message for each person. Or I can send a mass message out to a list of people. But I prefer the one-offs, because it gives each message that personal touch.

What do you dislike?

The analytics could be a bit more in depth. The dashboard is clean, simple and to the point, but it lacks a bit of clarity.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have customers, you should be using Bonjoro. It's a great way for you to interact and give each and every single client a personal touch.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Bonjoro, instead of sending a boring email, I am putting fun and personality into reaching out to clients. I also use it for prospecting, which can be quite intriguing to open instead of an email.

I have sent more than 300 Bonjoros with an open rate of 47%. Can you say that about email?

"Real and Personal Way to Welcome New Customers"
What do you like best?

I use Bonjoro to welcome new students of my online course. They LOVE having a personal video message from me and it's starts a meaningful conversation on how they can get the best out of my course. The automatic triggers are super useful and I've perfected my welcome video to a one minute wonder! I never had many refund requests before anyway, but there have been zero refund requests since using Bonjoro because of the personalised onboarding of the course. I've also set up a trigger for potential students who stay to the end of my evergreen webinar (but who don't enrol). I send them a quick Bonjoro to answer any questions they might have.

What do you dislike?

The price jump to the next plan is very significant. I'd like to use the bulk sending feature, but I'm not willing to jump this much in price. I've found other solutions for that. Shame though!
