I love everything about BoldSign! It is easy to use, customizable and the price is fantastic. Customer Support is outstanding, as they cheerfully assisted me with all my account set up questions. This app works great for our team and I especially love all the field options available. We use the product at our company nearly everyday and couldn't do business without it.

There's nothing I dislike about BoldSign... it is the best e-signature platform I've ever used!

We send contracts, forms, etc. out on a regular basis for e-signature and BoldSign has been, by far, the best e-signature platform we've used! We are a small company, so price is really import, this product is priced exactly right for us.

The product is very good. It is simple to use and makes the job of getting customer signatures so easy.

Esignature - helped reduce the time to sign and signature tracking so much easier

It provides all the necessary e-signature features while integrating with Microsoft 365, which is where my business lives.

There's no direct app for SharePoint or Teams or Outlook, which requires me to initiate signatures from the BoldSign web app.

Easy way of getting signatures for contractual documents.

BoldSign offers most of the tools that an individual user needs through their free service, which is great for the casual user or even a small/start-up organization. But they also have really affordable prices for those who are looking for more advanced options, such as templates, more integrations, and automation. I started out with the free account as a way to see if the product was right not only for my organization, but also for my use as a student researcher. In both instances, I was very pleased with how easy it was to use and its affordability. For a small non-profit, the ability to provide the product across our entire team at such a low cost is essential, especially as we consider how we spend donor dollars. Also, we were very pleased with the level of customer support we received from the team at BoldSign. We do not have a large tech team, but rather a single tech person who also wears several additional hats, so for us, being able to reach out to the BoldSign folks for additional support was essential.

When we first began using BoldSign they had not fully integrated Google Drive with the product, so we had a few hiccups at the beginning with that integration. But since then, they have rolled out several improvements based on our feedback and needs, which have been very helpful.

We were searching for over a year for a signature software that we could implement across our organization that was affordable. So many of the systems available were either too expensive for us (upwards of $80+ per user or $5,000+ for our organization) or were't able to integrate with our systems. BoldSign is right-priced for our organization especially with their non-profit pricing and all-team pricing.

Easy onboarding and quick usage to get our Sales Team up and running on it. We use it daily and have been having a great experience.

Some of the ability to share and view documents could be easier for a manager, but once we discussed it with customer service to get the settings changed over correctly it was much easier to use.

We had to find a new e-sign software after the pricing on ours was about to go up drastically so we switched.

Simplicity to create and send documents.

The lack of saving templates for documents sending email messages.

The possiblity of making agreements with people overseas.

It’s super easy to use. It includes so many useful features.

I dislike nothing about BoldSign. It’s perfect.

BoldSign is very easy to use, well designed, attractive, and price competitive. People who receive documents through BoldSign have no issues understanding what they need to do and how to complete their documents. Company specific branding is done well and, overall, BoldSign is a better alternative to many of the other eSignature companies out there. We could not be happier.

No significant dislikes. Works as intended, easy to use/understand, and is fast.

Makes getting a signature or agreement reviewed and signed easily.

Bold Sign is great for helping gather signatures for any documents, such as employment contracts.

It allows you to set automatic reminders which helps take the stress away from chasing documents.

There are also plenty of fields to use, meaning you can customise your documents in an easy way.

The interface is clean and doesn’t require a learning curve. It saves me a lot of time when handling agreements, especially with clients who aren’t tech-savvy. The signing process is smooth on both desktop and mobile.
