What do you like best?

I have time using bold360 and I can say that I like everything it does, the fact that the client can have an interaction both with my team's personnel, as well as with the artificial intelligence that this software has, which is actually quite good and breaks the molds to which he was accustomed since this does not follow a script directly can be adapted to each client and provide excellent quality of service

What do you dislike?

There is nothing specifically that I disliked about this software since the only negative detail that I got from bold360 is that this does take a little time to install and learn to use it correctly, however, this software has real-time support that is available 24/7 this allows us to contact them with ease and answer any questions we may have regarding the software in order to get the most out of it in the shortest possible time

Recommendations to others considering the product:

My only recommendation regarding bold360 is that they take advantage of their artificial intelligence since this will be of great help to serve all kinds of clients in those hours when we will not be able to do it, since it has a sufficiently high level of intelligence as to be able to carry out this work without any type of problems since it goes beyond conventional artificial intelligence that greatly limits the ability to ask and answer that our clients can have a total wonder

Most of the web pages that my clients ask me are pages to offer a product or service and for this reason it is important that there is a bridge between the client and the staff that provides the information they need or answers the questions they have, and precisely this is done by bold360 since it allows establishing a real-time chat in which customers can be served effectively and also supported by above-average artificial intelligence among online attention software

What do you like best?

The system is so easy to learn, that the work is easy to master, for new hires too! The Tool is very nice done, so every customer agent have no problem to use ist. The Problem of the customers can be resolved very fast and with no problem !

What do you dislike?

There is no dislikes I want to mention. The bold chat is a very nice programm, that when I using it I dont see any problems with that.

What do you like best?

This software facilitates the operation of chatbot within your web applications. Group creation is a perfect feature to have, let's you want to have together certain customers belonging to a certain sector, or customers who might be of high priority for our company, making us able to better monitor the events that happen within these groups and be able to respond as soon as possible. Multiple communication channels that allow customers to be received from different sources such as social media sites. The graphical interface is very intuitive and straight forward thus facilitating the handling of the application to a large extent.

What do you dislike?

There isn't a section where it keeps a transaction record with its particular timestamp which is really necessary in a application like this. Also the initial configuration of Bold360 takes a considerable amount of time so it is necessary to take your time to make all the necessary configurations as it is not a tool to be used effectively out of the box. Customer service is not one of the most responsive or efficient I expected, they have many things to improve.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

There are tons of applications similar to Bold360 with different plans, features, one of them is Intercom. The two have advantages and disadvantages with each other, Bold360 has the ability to organize the chats by assigning multiple groups according to a certain characteristic, Intercom has a very good documentation which is of great help since it is easy to digest, however this software has its weak spots like issues sending automatic messages to certain customers, this causes messages to be sent to incorrect users.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Handling customer chat requests is the main benefit that this tool has given us, has made us improve our organization, problem solving processes and questions, has improved our response times, also our relationship with our customers so they have gradually relied on our ability to help them no matter how complex the problem may be that. Continuous updates have improved the stability of old features and introduced pretty useful new features as well.

What do you like best?

Chat window is user friendly. It is very hard to find mistakes in the software. Toggling between chats is very easy and customization of many options are easy unlike other chat software.

What do you dislike?

It is hard to find any errors on this software. The only thing I found is that the chat window takes a while at the first login.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Bold 360 is highly recommended for those organizations where the work is based on chat. This can be used to internal and customer chat.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I will be interacting with customers and I will be on multiple chats with different customers. The chats are assigned on first come first serviced basis, but there are time I have to pick the chats manually based on the how critical the issue is. Hence, it made easy to find the chats in the queue and pick is manually to resolve the critical issues ASAP.

Bold chat is easy to use and very self explanatory. Bold 360 is great for business needs. It is very user friendly and allows you to easily contact other departments in other parts of the world.

What do you dislike?

I believe it is to easy to accidentally hit the end button on the chat.

What do you like best?

BoldChat, when compared to other chat services, is fantastic. BoldChat allows the user to see various bits of important information about the customer they are chatting with (region, name, personal info like phone # and email, and their initial question). There is nothing worse than typing a huge question for a chat representative, and then having the rep's first question be, "How can I help you?" With BoldChat, you don't have to worry about any similar issues.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a way to extract data from the software easier. It's somewhat difficult to see items that shouldn't be (how many chats have I taken for this date range, how long were those chats on average). More analytic and reporting features would be nice.

It extremely easy to use, convenient, and allows you yet another way to communicate with clients.

What do you like best?

This is software that really facilitates the location and tracking of chats which include information about customer inquiry, personal details, responses and everything we need to develop a suitable profile to run our properly reviews. It is possible to configure chats and emails based on rules that are configured and thus filter the events that interest you most in a certain occasion, also the feature of sending invitations is very easy to configure.

What do you dislike?

One of the main issues that I could show in the software was undoubtedly customer service. There were several occasions that I could not even pass to a suitable agent to solve the problem I had, also do not offer proper follow up next to the client since there is no adequate interest to ensure that the client was able to solve their problem, this is particularly in a technical question that I had. Reporting is almost non-existent in the software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is an application that you can really notice the continuous development that it is doing day after day and week after week, as every software has its pros and cons but its hard work in delivering a quality product has made it trust in its capabilities and its development. If you are looking for a tool that provides a quality service I recommend Bold360, its stability and performance is one of the things that make it stand out over their competition market.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I take care of monitoring all customer requests within an e-commerce site, so when a chat request comes, I interact first with the customer and proceed to assign you an appropriate agent depending on the nature of their problem or question. Thanks to this application this assignment process has been quite transparent and effective to perform, I simply inform the agent that it must serve a certain client and this is immediately taken to the chat of that client.
