Went to Kingston Ontario store the manager ordered a pair of pants for me they were $90.40 they charged my bank card $360.00.. she said my card did not work once!and tried it again. And did the transaction 4 times without my consent. The manager stole hundreds of dollars from my account. Then said l had to fix the problem myself when she did the transaction herself and put the order through 4 time l will now be waiting weeks to get this money back this company and manager are stealing money from there customers . Don’t ever shop from this store run don’t walk. I am know reporting this to the police.

Don't buy with them online unless you don't need the product anytime soon
8 days after my purchase, there are 0 updates. Called customer service because email support told me to wait 6 business days and a flippant guy told me that due to summer sales they're experiencing delays, and if you buy clearance, you might expect longer processing times - which according to him is informed in the email received upon purchase (it isn't, I just checked again). They're currently processing purchases made 10 days ago "and you placed your order 8 days ago, so it shouldn't take that much longer" but they can't precise dates.

What if I bought the products expecting them at a precise date within the promised time stated? "Well too bad, you should try it 2 weeks in advance". I pointed out that I probably won't get it even within this timeframe, coming from a place that's likely not more than 8 hours away from the big urban centre I live in (possibly even closer) and he says well, you should've looked at the order confirmation email saying that clearance items etc etc.

All the conversation felt like different ways for the Boathouse guy to challenge the consumer's perception as wrong regardless, gaslighting me to the point of saying I just didn't read the full order confirmation email. It was cynical and malicious.

Terrible return/refund service
Terrible return/refund service. They've had my return for SEVERAL days now and acknowledge that. I keep asking where my refund is and I keep getting the run around. Outright theft! I've been referred to their "Return Centre" by someone named Patricia over and over again. I just want my money back. Never again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM BOATHOUSE ONLINE! I ordered a bracelet, courier lost it, I never got it. Never even came to my door. Now they are saying it's not their responsibility or the couriers. So I lost money and lost a bracelet. No refund and no replacement! First time buying too. never again.

Cancelled my order for no reason
Cancelled my order for no reason. I used the shop app to purchase socks, freaking SOCKSSS, and they cancelled it mentioning its fraudulent. The only reason i believe is bc i used their discount code(which they emailed me) and they probably didnt want to discount the Nike socks. I used my shop app account to make 1000+ transactions (clothing/shoes/etc) for myself and they decided they were better off w/o my business($300) only bc they felt like it(no damn reason) worst store in existence
