WOW, a fantastic software program that is very user-friendly and makes our meetings assimilate very easily.

No issues thus far! There are no issues which I can report.

Easy acclimation to our board meetings and very user-friendly. We are able to post ALL meetings (past, present, and upcoming) to make communication very transparent. Notes recorded are in an easy-to-read format and very clean and presentable.

One of the best aspects of BoardDocs is how it centralizes all board material is one easy to access location. I love that it eliminates the need for printing and distributing copies which saves time and resources. The searchable archive is the most helpful feature of BoardDocs. It is easy and quick to find past agendas, meeting notes, and other supporting documents. The layout is also very easy to navigate even for the public.

While BoardDocs is a great tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. At first when using BoardDocs, it is somewhat difficult to learn especially uploading and organizing the content. It is also isn't as customizable as I would like for our district's needs. That said, once I got familiar with the system, it works smoothly and delivers great value.

BoardDocs helps several business problems that we have. First, it saves me valuable time and resources by having the board agendas and supporting documents available. It also improves transparency to the public allowing them to have immediate access to the board materials which helps our district meet the legal and community expectations. Furthermore, by having all of our board content in one secure location, it reduces the risk of lost information.

The system is easy to use to create agenda and manage a Board packet.

The formatting of documents has always been a problem. The search function is very clunky and does not easily allow you to search for anything.

The ease of access to Board members and the public to have access to Board business has been an essential took for us in our school district.

I love how easy it is to put together a board packet. I especially like how quick and easy it is to change or correct something if needed.

If I wanted to print the packet, I would have to go to each agenda item and print the item and attachments one by one.

Coordinating efforts to add items to the agenda. I know longer have to seek out individuals. Each person adds their own item and I produce the finished product.

BoardDocs makes my job as an administrative assistant so much easier. I can't imagine going back to paper board packets. I love using the meeting control panel during meetings to take care of most of my minutes prior to next board meeting. I also love the support we get from Diligent. I have set up trainings for our secretaries and advisory school board members on how to use the program. I use BoardDocs almost on a daily basis and for every board meeting we have. BoardDocs was easily intergrated when the school district decided to go to paperless board meetings.

I think the downside is when having to add new board members or advisory school board members. I haven't tried the importing a file feature yet.

BoardDocs makes my job easier when it comes to the agenda, during the meeting, and with the load the minutes from the meeting control panel.

My district has been using BoardDocs since 2005 and have never looked back. I enjoy how easy it is to use and how easy it makes my job. The BoardDocs support is always helpful.

I wish there was a way for Administrative Regulations to be posted as public, Administrative, and executive content. We currently do not keep how AR in BoardDocs for this reason.

I am very appreciative of the BoardDocs application, particularly the advancement to the Web app. The transition was smooth and the system is very helpful in connecting the Board and Staff's roles in the easiest way possible.

I'm looking forward to September and October's updates to work out any kinks in what I've had issues with prior.

Our organization utilizes BoardDocs for agenda building which has been amazing. Times where this task could have taken several weeks of compiling paper documents is no longer an issue since Diligent has added so many collaborative features.
