First of all, the onboarding, ease of implementation, and support are first-class. The product (Armatic) is better than advertised. In today's technology economy, the paradigm is that the software never lives up to the hype. I would say that BlueSnap/Armatic over-delivered in its features, capabilities, and intuitiveness. A refreshing experience.
There isn't anything that BlueSnap doesn't do that we need it to. Of course, we look forward to product development, new features, additional automation, etc. We're confident that the BlueSnap/Armatic team has a robust roadmap for updated functionality and features.
BlueSnap provided additional features that our previous solution did not. All while providing additional features and capabilities that we have found to improve our previous invoicing and collection processes. Armatic reporting was also an improvement from the previous platform's.
