Support is always helpful, very responsive via chat or email and gives very valuable information/solves problems very quickly.

What do you like best about BlueSnap?

First of all, the onboarding, ease of implementation, and support are first-class. The product (Armatic) is better than advertised. In today's technology economy, the paradigm is that the software never lives up to the hype. I would say that BlueSnap/Armatic over-delivered in its features, capabilities, and intuitiveness. A refreshing experience.

What do you dislike about BlueSnap?

There isn't anything that BlueSnap doesn't do that we need it to. Of course, we look forward to product development, new features, additional automation, etc. We're confident that the BlueSnap/Armatic team has a robust roadmap for updated functionality and features.

What problems is BlueSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?

BlueSnap provided additional features that our previous solution did not. All while providing additional features and capabilities that we have found to improve our previous invoicing and collection processes. Armatic reporting was also an improvement from the previous platform's.

We have been processing payments…
We have been processing payments through Bluesnap for many years already. And despite small issues occurred, Bluesnap has been always on top in finding solutions. Recently there has been an issue with the Faster Payments payouts, but we have been working closely with their support and they offered many other options and one eventually worked out. Yes, it took some time but after all the business is going, customers do not need to change their payment channels/subscriptions. Every business faces challenges and how you go through them defines you and makes a good company, like Bluesnap. I wish you good luck guys and many thanks to a great support person Oscar!

What do you like best about BlueSnap?

Our working relationship with BlueSnap has been a productive and positive one. Key elements as far as differentiation goes are the level of communication we receive. This includes prompt access to account managers and reviews. The amount of dialogue with the development team, when necessary, as updates or changes to payment integration are concerned is appreciated as well.

Overall, BlueSnap is a professional and competent payment partner.

What do you dislike about BlueSnap?

None so far and we can see ourselves working with BlueSnap for a long time to come, and I don't anticipate there will be any substantial points of friction going forward.

What problems is BlueSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?

BlueSnap solves a few problems for us. Notably, there is very little downtime - providing a stable payment gateway. Needless to say, that is a critical function of a reliable payment partner. BlueSnap also provides competitive costs and monthly reports that make optimization far easier.

When we began with BlueSnap a huge amount of support was provided in a timely manner to ensure the integration went as smoothly as possible

I cannot think of anything I dislike about BlueSnap

We benefit from the fact that

Contributions, both single and recurring, can be processed from donors all over the world with a high conversion rate.

Contributions can be received in a variety of different currencies and most can be settled directly into a number of corresponding bank accounts.

The reports provided allow for substantial data analysis.

The data can be easily reconciled to the bank and with our own donor management system
