Ultimately, it is user-friendly. You do not necessarily have to be IT -inclined to use it perfectly. It only took me a few hours to become acquainted with all its features and configure my first product pricing. Their support is available 24 hours of every day. I have had no issue to big for them

Great functionality, self-generation of part numbers eliminated errors from our quoting process, Support was quick and extremely helpful. Guides through how to produce a quote. The pricing summary is quick and efficient. Tools tips can be added which makes the process easier. Customization abilities. This software is easier to use for admins and for the end-users to create quotes. We are currently changing over from BluePrintCRM to BluePrintCPQ and will be using it on our websites to configure products using changing images. We have found in the past that getting a good product configurator that would change the images for complex products with lots of variations, get an accurate price online and deal with taking deposits online was impossible. With BluePrintCPQ this is now possible and with the help of the customer representative and the support team, we will be changing all our websites to use the software. So far nothing really comes to mind as a negative for this software.

I am a little bit issue with the price of per user but otherwise, I had no issue about using the system.

Blue Zebra are great at taking your company's vision, and your wish list and seeing what may be feasible short term and long term. They are realistic but not phased when you suggest possible features or enhancements. So my recommendation is to be open with them and you will be pleasantly surprised at how flexible and adaptable they are to your changing company needs.
