It is very easy to use from an employee's perspective. Choose the experience you want and then you are contacted by a BlueBoard concierge and they walk through the details and get it set up. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and make it a first-class experience.
I may have missed it, but I would like the ability to select a city and also expand how far out I want to look. I.E., I live in Austin, but I want to see all the experiences of any city within 200 miles. As it is I had to type in SanAntonio and look at those experiences, Houston, then Dallas. This enhancement would make it even better, and its already great!
As an employee, it provides a unique option to choose my own experience. It feels more special than receiving company swag or a small monetary bonus.

What a great idea this is. In my early days of leadership, I remember taking a course in recognition and receiving a book filled with ideas for recognizing others and expressing gratitude. One of the pieces of guidance the leader of this course gave was that leaders should let their employees look through the book to identify their preferred methods of receiving recognition and gratitude.
Blueboard takes that concept to the next level, giving people a much more user-friendly format while removing options outside the budget of whoever is funding the gift/recognition. The concierge component made it even easier.
I don't recall why, but I struggled a bit at the beginning, trying to identify options and narrow down categories, but once I dug in a bit more, it was a bit smoother. Maybe something a little more hand-holdy for first-time users would be helpful.
Identifying what people value when it comes to rewards and recognition. Some people may be too timid to tell someone what they want (or need!), but when you can essentially "shop" for it, it makes it feel less like you're putting someone out and more like you're actually selecting a reward. It's such a clever way to put the options in the recipients' hands rather than either inquiring directly about what they'd like to receive OR making a choice yourself and hoping that it works for the recipient.

Due to high volume, it can sometimes take some time to connect to a Trip Planner. Be persistent, patient and courteous, and it will all resolve itself.

While certain experiences were more appealing to me than others, I was exited to see just how many different options were available. The concierge made it easy to book my experience once I had chosen it, and promptly answered any questions I had. The experience itself was something I'll never forget.

It was easy to pick the experience I wanted, as each package was described well and I could sort them based on travel, hobbies, and types. It was easy to get help when I needed to reschedule due to my Fiance getting a cold, and I was also quickly helped when I needed it to check into the hotel.
It was a little confusing when I arrived for my Staycation because there had been a miscommunication when my stay was rescheduled, but a BlueBoard employee offered to call and work it out with them, so I could check in with no further problems.
It was nice to get a tangible reward when getting recognition from my employer.
