I discovered Blue.cc and purchased a lifetime license for only USD 59 for 30 users, which I thought was an incredibly good deal. It offers many small integrations like Wiki and Docs, allows you to upload images, and serves as a type of cloud tool. Of course, it also includes a kanban board as a core function.

However, I am very disappointed with the platform overall. I found numerous bugs and issues, reporting four on the first day alone before I stopped. There seem to be bugs everywhere, starting with the problems in exporting projects, which often fails. The general notifications hardly work, and the platform lacks a clear structure. You cannot hide elements, and the Wiki page, for example, makes no sense as it is just a simple page without options for subpages or anything similar.

On the iOS app, you receive notifications but without sound, and there's no way to know if someone has sent you a message in the chat. There are no visual indicators to let you know who is trying to contact you.

In general, I believe the main concept is good. I like the idea of having a central hub for documents, messages, and tasks. However, Blue's implementation leaves much to be desired in terms of quality. I have ultimately switched to another tool; perhaps it will improve in the future, but right now, this tool is not usable.
