SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation has been totally great for us in terms of making highly advanced bots that and be implemented in our organization easily by our software team. Their customer support has been really great with friendly community and forums as well. We have frequently used SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent during our initial setup phase for creating a good hybrid environment.

There is no issue that we have faced in SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation and therefore have no dislike that we have against it.

SS&C Blue Prism Automation has been a great RPA tool that has automated our processes in the backend infrastructure by letting us create friendly chatbots and more that we have implemented in our hybrid space to manage the tasks that we sorted out as repetitive and useless. We have had a great experience with SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation with an increased ROI as well.

We were using some manpower for some simple repetitive task even if we are having much to develop,After implementing this we can able to use everyone's knowledge in a productive way.

I like that it can reduce development time and that it is easy to use to empower developers and I like how reliable it is, plus the performance is great and it is easy to design knowing that it is a very powerful tool.

Compared to other RPA tools Ive used, this one doents cause any problems.

We found some errors in the models and strange codes that we didnt understand which we found a little annoying at first.

Customization is the one thing i like about Blue Prism, it gives me free hand to change the VBO as per our need. Also, the debugging is very easy and we can see it real time, Testing is another part in which everything is visible and we can take the informed decision.

Blue Prism does not Provide any community version of its license, as it would be very helpful.

As part of manufacturing industry there is lots of data that needs to be worked upon and lots of manual effort is required for mudane task that is where Blue Prism helps us to Automate these reports

I think the ease of use is the best thing about Blue Prism. It provides all the details required from even small feature codes to also helping integrate with third party applications which helps our developers with development cycle and also optimises time for go live especially when we are working on projects with hard deadlines which makes our implementation easy and smooth and also the customer support is impeccable and all our queries get resolved asap

I think its really easy to use if you have used these kind of platforms before but for new users or complete beginners this might be a little hard to navigate. If the app could provide demo videos and how to dos and with in depth knowledge resources that would be much helpful to new users

We need OCR for our invoice booking tool along with process automation since a lot of our background work is manual and its providing ocr capabilities much higher than any other engine out there

I think it's highly intelligent tool that converts all the manual tasks with ease to highly robust process that any new organisation can follow . As a new organisation we need to have a lot of automation in place with such less man power this tool is a saviour has its helped us automate many time taking activities including our purchase order creation etc removing all human intervention and saving man hours

I think it is highly cost effective compared to the manhours that we save over year that helps us reduce labour cost. Also it's less time consuming the only downfall is that it takes time to build a process and it needs someone with a proficient technical understanding to build the processes entirely after that it's fairly easy to use

Blue Prism requires minimum coding. Process studio is great and easy to use. It has simple drag and drop functionality built in which enables almost no prior coding experience. Automations are easy to implement and maintain.It has great customer support and also blue Prism community is great. We are using it on daily basis to create new bots to achieve greater consistency and cost saving everyday. It also integrates quite easily with different types of applications that we are using

Blu Prism has lesser options as compared to other RPA tools. Also designing any flow requires greter no of stages as compared to other tools.

It helps us achieve greater consistency in our processes which improves our accuracy and efficiency. We have also achieved great FTE savings with it.
