- The automation around tasks saves time for SDRs to focus on accelerating their prospection.
- How easy it is to use from both an SDR & a manager perspective. Great learning platform with know-how videos.
- Their helpdesk is incredibly fast and their Customer Success team takes feedback & suggestions on board to improve the software.
The integration with Zoho has been a bit difficult to maintain.
Having been an SDR myself, it's incredible how much more efficient an SDR can be with the right tools such as this one. Also, the dashboard reporting is life-saving for ease of management.
Automatically assigned leads to companies
Reporting - it is usable but few customizing functions
I can completely recommend Bloobirds to everyone who wants to achieve greater results in B2B Prospecting while not compromising on quality. So, the usage is very easy, the support is doing a great job and the product thinks B2B Prospecting in a new and different way, which we started to like a lot. For everyone who want to use Bloobirds in addition to a CRM, check integration requirements and have a good planning on this part.
Automated prospecting, customer centricity, less administrative work, higher conversion rates, better qualifying of potential customers, more focused Sales Development Reps.
simplicidad del programa, es muy fácil de usar.
no he encontrado problemas, hasta ahora todo bien.
no añado nada todo muy claro.
Poder llamar a mis clientes teniendo toda la información recopilada
Bloobirds has increased a lot the activity of our prospecting team. Before bloobirds we were using Salesforce CRM with a dialer and a few automation tools. I think bloobirds lets our sales reps be more focused on what really matters. According to our sales reps, prospecting with bloobirds is easier.
We experienced some delay on the marketing tab when managing inbound leads. I think this is now solved as it hasn’t happened in a while.
Budget wise, bloobirds has reduced the cost per sales rep techstack. We used to have a set of 4-5 tools for our outbound team and now they only use bloobirds, linkedin sales navigator and Lusha.
When you have Sales Development representatives (BDRs or Inside Sales reps.) working from home, you need bloobirds. Specially if you need to onboard new members to the team. The ramp up period for us is critical and we need a prospecting platform that helps SDRs onboard and learn fast. The last thing you want is your team getting lost in your CRM or being confused with tech issues. The fact that bloobirds included the playbook of the company makes our outbound and inbound team learn as they go
When we first started with bloobirds, out CRM was Soho and the integration back then was not native. Now we recently moved to Salesforce and everything is great and smooth but for anyone using Soho CRM, make sure the integration is native!
A great and simple solution to manage and see real time activity dashboards of your sales reps
We decided to move to bloobirds when we started having part of our outbound team working from home as we experienced lots of issues. Low activity specially. Bloobirds helped on the one hand our sales reps be more productive and and the newcomers learn faster and on the other hand, the Head of SDRs has been able to keep track of their activity and quality.
What I like the best is its flow, which is really smooth and allows to have everything clear by taking a quick look on the tasks dashboard, located on the left of the screen. This way you can identify in which steps you still have work to do. No excuse to get stuck.
Live pitch assistant is interesting, especially when you already have some experience and previously identified some features that maximize each buyer persona’s attention.
With Bloobirds, not only do you keep track of the work you have in progress, you can also analyse how has the performance been in the previous weeks, making it very easy to measure an impact such the Covid-19 is having in the business and conversion rates. Allowing a quick focus on the buyer personas that may still be hiring in my case. Furthermore, it enables a quick growth of the user and a great intake of feedback, talking in terms of data from the market prospected.
Having the company’s go-to-market strategy allows me to integrate faster as an SDR inside the company, even if I am the only SDR, it allows me to know more details about the CTO/CPO/CEO perspective. Moreover, by keeping track of my results I can quantify how I am helping. Moreover, you can also track quality in terms of which paths are performing best to convert.
The motivating quotes have helped a lot during the lockdown process.
There is not much that I dislike from Bloobirds. Mainly that as it is a platform that keeps growing and adding new features, you may have to learn new things from time to time while being in a high paced environment such as sales. But that is also stimulating because the updates allow better performance and usage.
Sometimes the platform may get a bit lagged but customer support is awesome and you quickly get things fixed, so just by focusing on other tasks for some time I can solve the issue.
I would also love that LinkedIn would not be so tricky with its API so that things could be automated as smoothly as with gmail, nothing that can be done at all here.
It would also be great that Bloobirds performed some kind of digest analysing your performance. Like “if you hit 3 times by mail, do not try a 4th and 5th because you have never converted after this 3rd mail” or “you convert x4 when calling compared to linkedin messages”. Or by locations, i.e.: Berlín converts easily contacting by mail rather than by linkedin and Bcn the other way around”.
I see Bloobirds also as a very powerful tool to become a business analyst assistant.
Just by getting reminded that a company did not show to a meeting and needs reschedule, or that company that you contacted but never closed a meeting in the end due to Covid19 but now are back resuming activity… This helps you a lot maximizing the number of meetings, as you will never forget about a prospect, you have full control even if you have 500 companies and you are prospecting 50 of them at a time.
Moreover, you can set alerts, i.e.: a company tells you that they will be resuming activity in September, you can set a calendar event from Bloobirds.
Bloobirds has allowed me to have the Founders scheme from the very beginning in front of my eyes. Thus, I have been able to start integrating their culture within 4 months with them. Which is very positive as I need to act as a channel delivering the precise idea of the product (and also proposing ideas to improve it in a constructive way analysing the users pain). I am now confident that I have an important pitch to deliver, and a product that can really add value to the buyer personas that are defined to be targeted. Taking into account that the pitch varies from one type of user to another.
Not enough experience using the tools mentioned. Feels like riding a rocket compared to traditional “CRMs” used in sales. And what's most important, keeping control despite the power.
Although I did not perform more than a couple hours of training, I really find it easy to learn how to use Bloobirds, just in a couple of weeks I was having knowledge that not even the founders had due to being the only one who is using it daily as a SDR. It allowed me to become kind of an account manager in 4 months, without having specific experience before, although I had trained some skills to become someday a good KAM and add as much value as possible to the team from a servant collaboration.
I really enjoy that Bloobirds guides me through the prospecting process and always tells me what to do next. It makes my day easier and more efficient. The best aspect is probably the visual cadence which shows me in 1 second all my past interactions with a target company. Also I like that I have everything in one place and don't have to switch between tools.
I have been using Bloobirds for over half a year and in the beginning, I always had to contact their support team to make changes to dropdown menus. However, their support team is super responsive and now we can also change everything ourselves. Generally, I have to say that the product has improved A LOT in the past months.
I work as a Business Development Manager and use Bloobirds for prospecting, to generate more sales meetings. Probably one of the coolest things about Bloobirds is that it guides me through an optimized process and always tells me what to do next and reminds me what to say depending on who I talk to. It is easy to understand and fairly straight-forward. It has helped me a lot to be more organized and more efficient.
The platform is very intuitive. It really helps on the duties an SDR should do.
The cadence are useful to keep track of all the work the team should do. Not only helps SDRs in their daily basis, to have an easier work, but it also makes the market study easier.
I would only say that it’s missing some integrations that I am aware they are working already on
The SDRs have a clear idea of their duties everyday. It helps when study the reaction of the market. With the statistics that the largometraje provides, it’s very clear the performance of each employee, also the evolution of the outbound sell.
What I like the most about Bloobirds is the simplicity and UX that it provides. Being used to working with lists and separated leads, their task-based approach helps me perform my job easier, quicker and optimize my time. It's nice to work with beautiful platforms and I think the UX and UI are important or at least they are to me, considering the amount of time I spend every day with the software.
Bloobirds is a fairly young product, so there are some key features that are still pending to be released. I have pretty much everything that I need but I assume more features will come. When we started using it we encountered some issues with bloobirds tracking our linkedin incoming messages but that was solved a long time ago.
When I was prospecting with a CRM, I found myself losing a lot of time in mundane tasks and logging data. With Bloobirds, I can focus my time in calling and mailing, getting more effectiveness while optimizing my activity.

Bloobirds is a completely different approach for outbound sales. It's not lead based but account based and as a CEO it's crucial for me to make sure the Sales Development team is not burning the market. The insights I can get out of the SDRs activity are literally amazing. I can easily measure contactability, run messaging test, etc.
It took 2-3 weeks to get comfortable and I thought it would be like other sales engagement tools that normally takes a day or two to learn. But now i'm comfortable with Bloobirds and 100% it's worth it.
The main problem is that we were burning the market by prospecting too many companies weekly. Bloobirds recognises the importance of an account and has allowed us to achieve very good conversion rates.
