Customised theme to represent brand. AI. User interface is amazing when doing surveys.

What do you dislike about Block Survey?

Billings/settings is not great. To add and unadd users is frustrating. And movement around accounts. Also manual work to share themes across teams.

What do you like best about Block Survey?

I really like the fact that I can edit my survey and with the link I already shared it is automatically updated without having to send out a new link.

What do you dislike about Block Survey?

The cost is high but if i was using Block Survey at scale its a cost I'd be willing to pay, as a student $30 a month is high.

What problems is Block Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me when making a survey to find customer product fit for a couple of different venture ideas.

They are fairly new and not as robust as a platform like Qualtrics, but very responsive to feedback.

What do you like best about Block Survey?

The team are constantly working on it and improving it. They are extremely transparent in their development processes. It feels like a very honest operation.

What do you dislike about Block Survey?

There is a little bit of a learning curve with its basic operation compared to similar solutions in the industry but it is completely worth it. The differences are very very well justified by how much more functionality this solution provides.

What problems is Block Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used BlockSurvey in 3 separate businesses now and I've yet to see anything come close to providing the breadth of functionality for staff training, surveying, B2B forms or even consumer-focused data capture. The mobile integration is fire too.

It is easy to use, is very customizable, and you can get very intricate with conditional logic. And support is awesome

the log in is kind of goofy as it is crypto based. At the same time that also makes it incredibly secure, so not a bad thing

Very easy to create forms with conditional logic. Easy to then view results and see general sentiment.

What do you dislike about Block Survey?

I'm not a fan of the password where you're given a long list of words as opposed to using a normal password. Also, the risk of losing the password and never being able to access your content again.

Being able to quickly and securely launch forms and surveys.
