"THE TOOL WE NEEDED"
What do you like best about Blitzz?

Blitzz has enabled us to respond even better to the maintenance needs of our customers.

Indeed in some cases it is absolutely necessary to remove the doubt on certain technical points.

A photo or a video are then much more meaningful than a description made by a client who does not necessarily have the necessary technical vocabulary. Blitzz thus makes it possible to bridge the difference between what we imagine and reality. Our diagnoses are therefore much more reliable and the resolution time is greatly reduced. In the end, our customer is satisfied and we are satisfied in return.

What do you dislike about Blitzz?

Nothing: Blitzz is the pefect product for our needs.

What problems is Blitzz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Typically blitzz helps us to solve problems with cables and connections for amplifiers and music players at our customers' premises.

I'm yet to come across any drawbacks, thanks to Blitzz's exceptional customer support. We appreciate the continuos features development and the multiple 3r. party software native integration with Blitzz.

"Best tool for remote video support without any hassle"
What do you like best about Blitzz?

Easy access even for a noob. I never had a better video support application. With companies enabling work-from-home in these Covid times, this application has become more relevant for me to provide remote assistance to my clients in real-time. It makes it very convenient for both the service providers and the clients. Happy client-healthy bottom-line.

What do you dislike about Blitzz?

I don't see any downside right now with the level of customer support blitzz team is providing

"Easy & Simple Video Assist Tool for Inspections"
What do you like best about Blitzz?

I found Blitzz much easier to use than any other video assist app. The interface is very simple and interactive. The best thing is that we don't have to download any app. Just click on the link and you are connected.

What do you dislike about Blitzz?

The call recording is available in .mp4 format. Mostly I have to transcribe the videos after the call. I would like the audio and video to be available separately in mp3 format so we can transcribe it easily.

What problems is Blitzz solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using Blitzz for conducting remote inspections and official surveys. I found Blitzz very easy to use with a lot of interesting features.

"The absolutely simplest way to support customers via video"
What do you like best about Blitzz?

Blitzz is very convenient and easy to use. It is a lifesaver for us with the wide aspects of features that allows us to remotely and efficiently fix technical problems.

What do you dislike about Blitzz?

I don’t find any problems using Blitzz. It has the best feature I could ever experience and I am satisfied with it. Blitzz does not require any downloads on your computer or mobile device and is easily the most beautifully designed video support software. I like the Markup and annotation feature, which allows me to capture photos and markup notes during a call with location and timestamp.

Recommendations to others considering Blitzz:

Don’t hesitate to contact their support team. Their support team is very prompt and will definitely guide you on your remote use cases.

What problems is Blitzz solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software helps us a lot in our technical problems quickly. It has the ability to invite and connect anyone easily over a live video for technical discussions. Blitzz made us more productive during the pandemic and while we worked from home.

What do you like best about Blitzz?

Our company ships very complicated hardware overseas, and I love sending an invitation link via WhatsApp, which is popular globally.

What do you dislike about Blitzz?

Not much. It is a great app. Some new users take some time to learn the navigation and how to markup an image.

Recommendations to others considering Blitzz:

I like it, does exactly what we need it to do.

What problems is Blitzz solving and how is that benefiting you?

We make sure the wiring of our produce (a media mixer) is set up correctly and identify issues and serial numbers. Saves a ton of time.
