I already left them a review somewhere else but I just can't hype them enough. If you have struggles finding a system or tool that actually helps you stay organised and focused please give Blitzit a try. I have it linked with google calendar which it's also linked to my asana and Blitzit works amazingly with scheduled tasks. I schedule everything in asana and just by pressing "sync events" all my tasks appear in Blitzit with the correct duration ready to start the timer. It's amazing and so helpful as in Asana I can have a to do list but I never know exactly how long it should take me for example. Blitzit is a simple tool to reduce your complicated todo lists into a smart list that's clear for someone who suffers with time blindness and focus issues. Can't recommend it enough. I never work without Blitzit anymore.

This app has been incredibly helpful for organising my to-do list and, most importantly, tracking the time spent on each task. It's a fantastic tool for developing strong time management habits.

I just finished my free trial and have subscribed for the paid version.

I am loving Blitzit and am really looking forward to what the app brings in the future.

So far this is what I can tell you about my experience.

I have ADHD and I always try different things, Blitzit has a few features that makes the app just work for me.

Timer countdown: This helps with time blindness. If you think a task should take you 2 hours and you're not even near finishing it, you can get a real sense of how much you're achieving in that time and how focused you are. Seeing the timer go down and approach to the dude time is really helpful to stay in task.

Locked floating timer: The fact that the timer doesn't leave your screen is a MASSIVE GAME CHANGER for me. I've used other times before but I can easily ignore them. Not this one. In the past the only timers that worked for me were the ones with white noise that would stop every time the focus time stops. So the constant sound helped me with focus. This one I feel it helps even more.

Dopamine boosts: The little gifs celebrating you finish a task on time, or letting you know you missed the goal are really helpful for my adhd brain. I'm starting to give myself more realistic time to finish each task as I get too many gifs telling me I should do better next time haha.

Simplicity: Too many tools are overwhelming and distracting. Blitzit gives crucial tools to stay focus without the overwhelming super powerful features of for example Asana, which I use but I've used HOURS and hours of my life designing systems for it.

My favourite feature so far is that the timer lights app and makes a sound every 10 minutes. this is massive help with my time blindness and it often brings me back to focus if I was distracted. I literally would pay the subscription just for this.

Google calendar sync: something amazing that some might not know, is that you can sync asana with google calendar, which means that if Blitzit can sync with google calendar, It can also be linked with your asana. I used this, and I also use Weel, another ADHD tool that can be synced with google. All combined are giving me a great structure to stay focused and organised. Weel has a great feature for my Apple Watch, and I love Blitzit on my desktop. I don't start any work day on my computer without it now.

BlitzIt does a small amount really well.

It doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary features or lots of menus it just lets you get tasks done.

At times it can feel a bit too lightweight, but that's also its strength.

The company has a newsletter, discord community, Spotify playlists and live focus sessions. They're not just shipping a product, they're really trying to help people be their best productive selves.

Its awesome that you can brain dump all the different task you ahve to to do in categories. and then plan eachday by dragging and dropping tasks from each category

Great work, Great app!

Love this product. They are always making great improvements to it over time.

I appreciate how this tool keeps me accountable, regularly prompting me to stay on top of my daily tasks. It enables me to clearly set aside focused time, knowing exactly what I'm working on.

To be honest, there’s not much to criticise. While there are a few minor bugs, which is to be expected in these early stages, the active community and responsive BlitzIt team are quick to address them. I’m also looking forward to seeing additional features in future updates.

Overall, I’m very pleased with this product. I needed something to help keep myself accountable, and it’s made a real difference in keeping me on track. I feel more productive and capable of achieving much more each day. I can't wait for the mobile app to be released!

Blitzit is a joy to use.

Everything is adjustable, the User Interface is dare I say perfect and the support is second to none.

Lots of integrations already like Notion and Google Calendar with Trello coming soon.

When we ask for additional features or changes we are listened to and they are added if right for the app and it doesn't blot the app down.

Brilliant, can't recommend enough!

I use this every day! I am a freelance software project manager and I manage three clients - and this can get overwhelming sometimes. But ever since I started using Blitzit, I've been able to organise my tasks and most importantly - FOCUS - and actually get things done one after another and another and another! Love it, and love the dopamine rush of hitting "Done" and getting the celebratory message! Very cool app.

I love Blitzit. I am so glad I was targeted with one of their Instagram ads because I genuinely use this app every single day. I have tried so many different to do list and time trackers, but normally they’re separate from each other or so over complicated, and more often than not I would forget to either start the time tracker or stop it.

That’s the beauty of Blitzit. When I start a to do task, the timer starts, and when I tick the task to complete it - which I always do because I need the dopamine hit - it stops the timer.

Perfect.

And then the insights I get into what I’ve spent my time on and when I’m most productive are also really useful.
