Easy and very light, the satisfaction inquiry is short, doesn't take a lot of time and goes straight to the point. The managerial analysis is very sharp and detailed.

I saw that in our team our manager became much more aware of what's happening and started to apply advises from Bleexo that improved greatly the communication inside and outside our team. What is more, he also asks 360° regularly, so I feel the he became much more conscious of himself and can evolve personally.

Didn’t see any cons yet, maybe just the fact that Bleexo is in France and it was complicated to see them physically, but despite that, we worked things out without a problem online.

I'm a huge fan of Bleexo - it allows all our team to contribute and feel that their opinion is meaningful and heard. I noticed that people are not realizing the importance of happiness of their employees and that leads to a huge turnover. With this tool we got to understand better what are our actual issues affecting employee engagement and managed to act quickly in order to find the solutions.

Extremely simple and visual. Vey useful for reporting, our managers love it. They have a very interesting tool, 360° feedback, that helped a couple of our team members to understand themselves better and where to improve. Plus, they are very reactive and helpful when needed!

Even though there were some bugs in the beginning, everything seems to be fine now, so no real cons..
