The secure paylinks helped us to protect us and our clients from fraudulent activities. It has enhanced the overall user experience during the payment process, and helped improve our lead conversion rates, which resulted to an increased in revenue.
Our old event management tools had reached end of life and we needed a new solution to suit our sports industry business. We were already an existing Stripe customer and after an extensive search we decided on Salesforce with Blackthorn Events and Payments which seamlessly connected to our existing account. We could not be happier with our new platform and the support from the Blackthorn team.
Happy with the platform and any minor specific customisation we required we have found a solution for. They continue to reach out for feedback on enhancing functionality.

The app met all requirements and was a wild success for our implementation. The tight integration with Stripe makes it even better than we imagined. Everything we need to know about our payment processing is in Salesforce through this app. The implementation support we received from Ashley was world-class. Ashely is technically proficient, well versed in this app and Salesforce, punctual, and well organized. Could not have asked for anything more. Superb.

We needed a payment gateway between Salesforce and our credit card processor (Stripe). Blackthorn provides both the user interface where credit card information is entered, as well as the data integration with our credit card processor to store all the info we need about payments in the Salesforce Opportunity.
Our entire onboarding experience, from start to finish, was incredible. We had tremendous support from our onboarding director, Ashley. She never failed to get us the answers we needed to make this a successful transition for our organization. We're looking forward to learning more about the app and taking advantage of the features to push our organization forward!
We currently do not have a way to turn off the CVV or Postal Code validation at the virtual terminal level. However, it is already on the roadmap for the June release!

Blackthorn Payments has been very helpful for our users to help run paid events. The checkout process is very intuitive for anyone registering on the front end. The back end allows us to track payments and quickly generate reports to share with stakeholders and department heads. Paid events have enabled our institution to find new and creative ways to grow programs and host conferences.
We haven't had anything about payments that disklike at this time.
The main thing Blackthorn Payments solves for us is that we can easily collect payments and generate new revenues.
Installation is a breeze, connecting to STRIPE - seamless, and syncing of historical data insanely straight forward. For standard users the base modules can be quickly deployed and you can start taking payments immediately. For Salesforce Admins or organizations with a more customized flow you can integrate the product into Screen Flows, managing payment plans, send pay links to clients and so much more!! Total ultimate control.
I would like a few more screen flow options; but honestly there isn't anything that would block me from using Blackthorn Payments. The app is great and provides all you need to collect payments.
Blackthorn Payments really resolves payment processing in Salesforce while also connecting payments processed outside of Salesforce which happen through the connected Merchant Account.
I've used the product in conjunction with zapier to process sales and payments happening in ClickFunnels, Shopify, PayKickstart and WooFunnels. The system allowed me to confirm that all processed payments were connected to the client's purchase, payouts are balanced and clients can reuse payment methods in the future.
The product has truly helped me align internal payment processes with core Salesforce functionality. The flexibility is just amazing!

I have experienced no major difficulties with this product and it has fit the needs of my organization. One of the highlights of this product is not only the product itself but the people offering support, each time I reach out to their support staff I receive prompt and direct responses allowing me to resolve issues quite quickly. Given the nature of business these days, being able to fix an issue promptly is key to our success.
Some components of Blackthorn payments conflict with other Salesforce modules, so I would complete extensive testing on a module prior to releasing it. Fortunately, support has provided the assistance needed to address these conflicts when they arise.
It offers a user-friendly experience that integrates with our existing payment processor. This integration along with the wealth of features of Salesforce has allowed us to not only address current business needs but also anticipate and prepare for future developments.
