Awesome Company with Great Values
What do you like best about BlackMonk?
They are ahead of their time as far as online publishing goes! They make things super simple and easy to use for those that want to be on the publishing side of things.
What do you dislike about BlackMonk?
There isn't anything to dislike here! The platform is just too simple and easy to use that it's near impossible to say anything negative. Love these guys and the product they produce!
What problems is BlackMonk solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using it as an internal source of news and updates for our company. We have been able to more easily get information out to our workers and have been able to keep things seemless through that process.

What do you like best about BlackMonk?
BlackMonk is an amzing Content Management and Web-Publishing Platform which can be used by every marketeer. BlackMonk has a user friendly set up which is easy to understand. The user experience of Black Monk is better than its competitors.
What do you dislike about BlackMonk?
The cost of using BlackMonk is a little steep in comparison to its competitors in the market. The other main concern with BlackMonk is the lack of customer service. While the features are easy to understand but if one has an issue or question, customer service is not that great.
Recommendations to others considering BlackMonk?
The product is very classy and user friendly, however it is expensive.
What problems is BlackMonk solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used BlackMonk to revamp our website. Our existing website was not that user friendly and the CMS was also sub-optimal.

The one thing that stops me is the software is pricey. This can be a disadvantage for this software. Other than the price, the customer service is not so effective. It also has some bugs.

The software has many bugs, and the customer support team is non-respondents. When it comes to the money paid to this software, this is pricey but worthy.
