The Self Service Portal is very convenient. It gives users a way to enroll their devices themselves very easily. Even on a personal device, you are able to access corporate resources such as your email securely.

It supports different platforms like Windows 10, iOS, macOS, Android, and also Chrome OS.

When a device gets compromised (missing or stolen), there is an option to remotely delete or wipe it down so your data can't be used by unscrupulous peope.

I don't see anything to dislike about this enterprise solution. It provides a secure way to access enterprise resources while using BYODs.

The other consideration that can be made for this solution aside from security is the cost of ownership. Because it's the users who purchase the devices, it reduces a lot from your capital expenses in the long term. You will just be providing a secure way for them to use these devices and make them work for the business' benefit.

While installation itself is easy, any software updates on the android device has to be approved and monitored by system administrator or in this case the enterprise. There is sometimes issues with synchronization.

As blackberry devices are lagging behind in market, lots of companies are switching to Samsung or iPhones. BlackBerry UEM allows for secure configuration on android devices.

My company recently switched over from work blackberry phones to Samsung devices. All Samsung devices were installed with blackberry uem to ensure secure configuration of work content.

 I liked that the app or app group could keep me up to date on company issues without the need to open my laptop and could be accessed anytime anywhere. Allows you to get responses of managers even wheb they are away, traveling, on vacation etc.

Its a very large app, actually a group of apps 3 to 4 of them.  Each one is supposed to give another level of functionality but i was not able to get any use from at least one of them.  it requires that you designate some disk space as a company owned container for secure storage of company data. Administrators can do as they wish with content in this space, a bit invasive. Do know what becomes of this container after the app is uninstalled. Uninstalled because it used up every last bit of space in my device.

Provides constant connevtivity and keeps you tied in to work all of the time. You can respond to email questions from your phone. Its a good way to prevent missing out on critial email threads and discussions. Lets you stay in-tune with business as it occurs across time zones.

I like that I can access email and intranet sites from my phone without using my RFID every time.

I don't like that I need to login everytime.

The admin console gui is easy to use to navigate and work with device activations and etc. Upgrading BES from v10 to v12.3 was quite easy done in few clicks. I set up Google Android for Work and BES documentation was easy to follow, activation of BB Priv Android phones was easy though additional steps were needed compared to BB 10 OS phones.

So far I don't find anything to dislike about the BES12 product.

it is really easy to use. easy to manage employee's devices. and also you can do a lot of things remotely or you can say over the air. it is really convenient to manage the device of your company.

also when you use it you need a .p12 cerfitication. it is also a secure way to make sure device is safe also company's information is safe

not real time. it need long time to manage your device. sometimes you need to wait like 4 hours to make it. and also if you want to change something like VPN or the pre-grant notification permission you also need to wait like 1 or 2 hours in my company.

also too many errors during the usage. you need to get used to it

when you are using UEM make sure you are having the correct access permission. and also get used of all the errors.

Good EMM has enabled everyone in my organization to be able to access emails, calendars and other enterprise data from their personal mobile devices while IT department is in complete control of the enterprise data. Earlier, only higher management was provided devices by the organization to access the content on the go. IT department does not need to worry about the security of the data and data can be remotely wiped off from the mobile devices any time.

I have not faced any issues with Good EMM except getting the access validated again and again from IT department in case of a mobile OS upgrade. Also, I am not able to access the meeting rooms availability while scheduling a new meeting using Good.

All employees are more productive by accessing their emails and appointments on the go. There are less chances of missing an important meeting as the reminders will notify on the mobile devices which are always with you. Also, it lets to substantial less cost for IT department as they don't have to invest in devices and also need not worry about security of the content.

Blackberry UEM device we use for our work purpose it's keeps safe all our work in safest way. Also it's so handy that you can connect with everything fro. Chat ,WebEx, connecting work internet abd and other required apps

Nothing as of now. Everything works as expected . It's no ce and Friendly.It have a fingerprint feature if doesn't works Everytime.Not sure if it's a phone issue or App issue
