Very intuitive platform and easy to use and to explain

Nothing to raise for now maybe to propose circle QR codes and not only square ones

BL.INK offers flexible plans that work extremely well for our company's unique needs. It was also super easy to get up and running. Our sales rep Steve was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was super helpful. Overall, BL.INK offered us what we needed at a much cheaper cost than their competitors.

Only complaint is the lack of ability to track clicks past 15,000 for our selected plan. We could pay more for this though, so it is a solvable issue. Just wish it was included in the plan

We needed to be able to customize the links we post on our social channels that redirect to our website with UTMs attached. BL.INK gave us the ability to use custom vanity links while keeping our analytics in tact

What I really liked from the beginning, is the short and practical bl.ink domain, which gives a neutral name to the final url.

Do not allow to edit the urls after they have been created, although this can be solved by deleting and recreating them.

Create short domains that are easy to remember and share, plus they are fully customizable.

Being a small church it is great to have access to so many features included in the free plan. I love that I was able to connect my own domain name to make it easier to trust the links we use. I also appreciate that the service can grow with us for a reasonable monthly cost. Set up is easy and the links have always worked for us without issue.

I haven't encountered any downsides with BL.INK.

We livestream our services and the link changes every time. BL.INK allows us to use the same link every time so people only have to use an easy to remember address to access our service. I can also use a branded link for surveys and forms generated using third party apps so people can trust that it is our content.
