The Bizzabo platform is very user-friendly and easily accessible for all staff on our team. And if you do hit a snag or have a question, their staff is incredibly helpful and in a very timely manner.

The previous event management/ registration system we had was very customizable, but in order to use it you almost had to know computer programming. The Isabel platform is not only customizable, but it is also very user-friendly.
The simplicity of the product. It is very user-friendly, intuitive, and has an attractive interface. Our attendees loved the app compared to the Cvent app we used last year.
The only downside we had was that the printer wasn't showing the full QR codes at times, which resulted in being unable to capture the lead's information. Also would like to see some additional customizable elements with the colors between the web browser and the mobile app.
Bizzabo has solved our problems by finding an event management platform and automating the registration process. It saves us time not registering through a form system. We can sync our data into Salesforce for reporting.

Very easy to use as mentioned above and intuitively onboarding new users (Speakers or Sponsors) to enrich your event website and preparation from a single platform: from content creation for the website, to ticket type creation and finally registration management, without forgetting promotion and post-event survey, everything is pretty well included into Bizzabo's tool. The Bizzabo app is also a real plus when it comes to onsite communication and networking - it is also very easy to design and customize per our own needs.
The customer success team is also a highly valuable team and sounds like an "always-on" team - so helpful and supportive!!!!

The unclear add-ons pricing and renewal increases.
The website design requirements and specs that do not always let you use your high standard design and upload them on the website. We have to work with the support team to make sure our design appears correctly, while we developed within recommended specs.
Slaesforce/Pardot integration does not let us track campaign contacts outside of Bizzabo.
Centralizing all that needs to be done and solved for each of our events before kicking off and presenting onsite or releasing recorded sessions.

I was in charge of running the retargeting emails for our event in order to get more people to sign up. The process was very easy and very effective. Setting it up was very easy and smooth.

It is very easy to navigate both as a host and as an attendee. A simple and intuitive tool that allows up to seamless host virtual events that have high attendee engagement.
