BizTalk 360 service is On-premise hosted, could be better if runtime is hosted on Cloud.
It's monitoring our one of the critical manufacturing environment,

Alerts if anything goes wrong with the biztalk.
BizTalk360 monitors all our BizTalk ports, automatically re-enables them in case of failure and notifies us via email. We are also using it to auto-resume suspended messages. Previously, we were reactive, and BizTAlk360 helps us to be proactive.
We have only had a positive experience with this product.
BizTalk360 is monitoring ports, resuming suspended instances automatically, monitoring vital services and sending email notifications, so we know when there is a real issue.
BizTalk has been around for many years, but even within the 2020 version the BizTalk Administration Console is very limited, BizTalk 360 is a huge upgrade from that for operations and the pro-active monitoring and alerts are fantastic.
The only downside is that you have to refresh your license manually each time you continue to use it, would be nice if it could auto refresh that online.
It's a BizTalk Admin Console on steroids with all the monitoring you ever need. If a BizTalk host instance or receive location stops you will be alarmed by whatever way you prefer (e-mail, SMS, teams notification,...), but BizTalk360 could also be configured to auto-resolve the issue.
Non technical checks like "I would be expecting a certain amount of messages for this interface daily" can also be configured.
Efficient gui. One stop shop concept. Good support.
Navigation through app is (for me) not 100% intuitive.
Comprehensive monitoring over bts solution. Bts360 enables proactivity, on time response on problems, errors.

does not have a mobile application for BizTalk 360 as of now, can not control the alerts remotely and take the actions.
monitoring and message processing more useful.
We have been using BizTalk360 Monitoring for the last 10 years and have found it extremely useful in monitoring our Production Environment as we have no direct access to our Production environment. BizTalk360 helps us monitor and take limited automated/manual actions in enabling ports, hosts, etc. Also it helps us in getting details of any failures that have occurred in the environment
I cannot think of any as BizTalk360 is a helpful supplement to BizTalk Admin
We have used the tool to monitor failures and take appropriate actions. Also, we have used the Auto Healing features, Email notifications, Monitoring suspended instances
It's easy to add alerts for any of the BizTalk components that you want to monitor in order to keep an eye on the health of your system. The Desktop is quite intuitive to use. The follow up support has been fantastic, they are very proactive with their regular quarterly checkins.
There is no way currently no direct mechanism to monitor the status of business rules, having said that, they did work with us and we found a way to do this with some powershell scripting. Why would we want to do this? To confirm that the business rules have all been published after a deploy.
Keeping an eye on suspended messages for the most part. We don't have to continually go look, it will let us know if it needs some attention.

The alarms and notifications are the most useful from an administrative perspective. The auto-correct functionality saves a lot of time and headaches. Exposing BizTalk application administration to specific groups and users is also extremely helpful. Many users need to access BizTalk app information, but most should not have full administrative access. BizTalk360 fills this gap.
I have no significant dislikes of BizTalk360. Its functionality suits its intended purpose. I sometimes see only minor UI issues, usually addressed by the development team.
BizTalk360 solves the problem of send ports and especially receive locations becoming disabled during external party maintenance windows. With BizTalk360 monitoring the artifacts and notifying me and other team members, we can spend less time checking on the environment status and more time delivering value to our business clients.
