What do you like best about Bizstim Business Management Software?

Bizstim has become our one-stop for our administrative staff, employees and clients. We researched many software systems before settling on Bizstim. The choice was simple as it had capabilities and customizations lacking in the alternatives. Additionally, multiple members of our administrative team had 1:1 calls with the support team representative, Bizstim developer and owner. His care and concern for his clients is unmatched.

What do you dislike about Bizstim Business Management Software?

We didn't dislike anything up until this point/any cons. I really don't feel anyone would go wrong choosing Bizstim.

What problems is Bizstim Business Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

No problems were found, Once we subscribed to Bizstim, the support team representative also made customizations to his platform that better helped us. After getting to know your business, and his other clients, he is great at intuitively understanding what could make his platform better. We've seen numerous improvements to an already great system in the time we've used Bizstim. For our employees, having Bizstim has eliminated having to visit multiple sites we were hodge podging together for different pieces of doing business. Our ability to send our clients automatic post-session notes has been a plus to our employees, but also created a more professional image to our clients. The ability to send both email and text reminders of appointments has greatly decreased our no-show and cancellation rates.

What do you like best about Bizstim Business Management Software?

It is a CRM software that has a number of functions all in 1, customer management, financial tracking, programming, products and services, accounting and billing, programming and human resources. They have an API integration that allows working in conjunction with other platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, WordPress, also allows integration with desktop applications such as Excel for Quickbooks. Another outstanding feature is the ability to customize this software as it gives us the opportunity to add details such as the brand and colors of the company, insert a login form, this gives customers the option to remotely enter your self-service account from the company's website to carry out tasks such as appointments, make payments online, check availability, check your contact and payment history. It is important that for all this range of functions the price to pay for this great tool is extremely competitive, which gives it a great attraction when considering your purchase.

What do you dislike about Bizstim Business Management Software?

So far the only weak point that can be attributed to this company is its trial period, but other similar software shorter trial periods should be highlighted. You have to keep track of this software to see how it behaves over time.

This tool has eliminated the need to visit different websites that were under review for different businesses. The ability of this to send automated post-session notes to our clients represents a great advantage for employees, as well as creating a much more professional image for our clients. The non-presentation and cancellation rates have decreased greatly since Bizstim allows the sending of appointment reminders both by mail and by text.
