I loved their advanced analytics dashboard where I can generate reports in a graphical format to use in presentations. I can be able t get precise client insights in one go.
And also, I can be able to access it anywhere and anytime with the web-based UI that makes it easy t allow my team to update and revert quickly.
Accessing on a mobile platform is tricky and sometimes takes lots of time to load. And I have also found that they don't have a bulk data uploading feature till I was using it.
Also if you don't have internet connection data cannot be accessed while offline.
