What do you like best about Adobe Experience Cloud?

I like it's flexibility.

No discords at all.

I love it's tools that allows teams of co worker's in organization to be unified and share information through tags easily and get their job done well.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible)?

I love that any questions I have will be answered, and thoughtfully. This tool allows you to see where your inbound leads are coming from, and all the touchpoints to your won deals. Need help with a report? They're on it. Have a business need you're not sure they can solve? Bet they can! My rep, Austin, is phenomenal. And my rep before that, Hillary? Equally phenomenal! The team over at Bizible has success written all over it.

What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible)?

Sometimes you need more than one report to see a full picture. There's a bit of setup required, but you've got someone helping you the whole way.

Recommendations to others considering Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible):

Attribution tools can be pretty complex. With the support of my rep over at Bizible, I'm not sure I would have understood it completely. They come up with use cases you may not even think of.

What problems is Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to see exactly where an inbound lead came from, even sometimes what they searched for, and we can see how those channels affect our bottom line. We've realized our paid search conversions are high, but actual pipeline value is low. You can really dig deep to see how marketing's contribution to the sales funnel works.

Excellent customer service, completely unbeatable. Truly a company that bends over backwards to ensure that their customers are getting the most out of their solution.

What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible)?

Certain aspects of Bizible lack customization, but our Account Manager is extremely diligent about updating us on the Bizible product roadmap and upcoming releases and enhancements.

What problems is Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reporting on MIB and MOB. Very clear as to what marketing channels are performing well or underperforming.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible)?

Onboarding and Support for this tool is incredible. The transition to a more complex version was daunting, but there was always support along the way, who are happy to help at the drop of a hat. Our customer success manager Graeme Truschel is the most patient and supportive person I have dealt with from an external company. He genuinely wants his customers to be successful.

The multi-touch attribution models are amazing. Coming from a strictly First Touch or Last Touch reporting method to multiple out-of-the-box reporting models is a dream.

What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible)?

The current app dashboard doesn’t have as much functionality as I would like, but I hear that we can expect some updates. When reporting on online hosted Content with various URLs it does require Bucketed Fields in Salesforce, which has its limitations.

What problems is Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now have insight into the effectiveness of offline and online campaigns. Whether it be marketing driven campaigns, or sourced completely by our sales team. A large part of the budget goes to events, we can now answer the question about whether or not we should be sponsoring.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible)?

Bizible delivers on its promise, providing deep insight into how the complex collection of touchpoints with people has influenced the success of our business. Initial implementation was fairly straightforward and quick, with most of our team's work focused on reviewing our systems, processes, and user training to make sure we were providing Bizible with the best touchpoint information possible. The website tracker works with standard UTM parameters, so we could use the framework we already had in place. The onboarding process and customer success team were excellent - they clearly want us to succeed, and have been a great resource for us.

What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible)?

A common issue with many marketing-focused platforms, one deficiency I would call out is the fact that each lead/contact needs to have an email address before it can be included in touchpoint and attribution data. There are plenty of scenarios where a touchpoint might happen offline (trade show, etc.), collecting enough information about a person to put them in Salesforce.com, but without getting an email address. I would like these touchpoints to be considered in attribution, so we can tell an even more complete story. I don't consider this a deal-breaker, since it's a common deficiency in many platforms, but I would love to see it addressed at some point.

What problems is Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bizible thinks the way I believe all marketers should - focusing on the fact that the journey for each person and company is a bit different, and that each interaction should be considered when trying to understand what is making an impact. The website tracking fills a critical gap that we had been unable to address with our existing technologies, such as Google Analytics and Pardot. Being able to connect the dots between touchpoints and revenue has allowed us to measure our efforts in a way that will actually impact the business. Our users are still learning how to best use the incredible depth and breadth of data that is now available, and we'll continue to refine our approach and find great new ways to answer the important questions.

The set up was very easy and the ongoing support through the customer success team has been great. The product is very well thought out with it's integration to Salesforce and paid media channels. We have greater visibility of our marketing performance throughout the funnel.

More integrations with vendors like LinkedIn and other ABM partners.

We traditional have looked at first and last touch attribution methods which gave us an skewed view of marketing performance across channels. Bizible has given a a better understanding of the channels most effective at demand generation and also the ability to measure value of our marketing spend across the buying cycle.

It connects B2B funnel data with ad performance data, which enables marketers to understand the impact from ad initiatives, beyond cost per lead or cost per form fill, but rather the ROI of ad spend, velocity, account penetration, pipeline in aggregation, etc
