I love, love, love Bit.ai! It keeps all my documents organized. I love the trackable links, the automated formatting, the private workspaces, the ability to collaborate. It really is SO pretty.

It is a tool with a good design, has a very intuitive interface so it is easy to navigate and configure, requires no learning curve facilitates the exchange of information in real time work teams, in addition to allowing the creation of documents and collaboration, so it improves communication and workflow, other outstanding features are the management of content and contacts, in addition to providing the ability for real-time editing of documents jointly by team members.

I would love to see the task management function developed in future updates, incorporating this program as a compliment and being able to centralize all my activities in this tool. On the other hand, it would be convenient to launch an Apps, as it will allow users to access the system from anywhere, although it is true that we can do it from the browser of the smartphone or tablet, the mobile application is much more functional and compact.

It is a platform that provides a lot of functionality, is easy to use, in addition to having a very affordable price.

integratioon of readymade templates that can be used.it has integration with som many programs we can add outside data easily.it has option to add video,cloud data,photo and it is helpfull for presentation and documentation can be done easily

their are lesser font options and limited formatting option.they don't have app option it would be awesome if its available

I like how the interface looks so clean and the tools are organized perfectly for a better use of them and boostig productivity. I also like how the customization of the workspaces is outstading and allows for them to be adjusted the way I prefer, and I can bookmark my most used and visited workspaces to help me prioritize them ad have quick access to them.

I feel like its pricing is very high compared to other competitors, but it's worth it because I am able to create the perfect environment for my team to work in. Other than that, I don't have any dislikes about Bit.ai, it does its job and I am content with it.

I feel like with the progressive growth of technology, we are stepping into a new world where collaborating online is more necessary each day. With the arrival of the pandemic, we needed to work remotely more than ever and find a way to still collaborate in real-time without the hassle of using emails that often got lost in the way. I think that Bit.ai can also benefit other businesses to become more organized and work in real-time in an online manner.

Bit.ai is the perfect software for collaboration between team members and working on documents simultaneously. It organizes our workload perfectly and helps us keep focused during every project because we can quickly search any documents and start working right away. I find it to be quite simple and that's why I like it so much because I think a document collaboration program should have the necessary features to work remotely with team members in real-time. I also use it to directly share some documents with clients sometimes, and it helps improve the communication with our clients.

The table of contents and organization capabilities are great

I would like if there was a hook into Google docs to publish directly rather than remaking the same doc in bit.ai

- Tracking document events would be much easier with a mobile application rather than opening the web based service everytime

- Less than that you can still manage with google docs or free version

- Much recommended for growing team since it becomes extremely easy to create and manage documentation later

- Knowledge base creation and maintenance has become easier and better structured
