My experience with BirdEye has been outstanding. At the start, I’ll admit, I had no idea what I was getting myself into—I even had second thoughts and almost cancelled due to the anxiety of learning something new. A special mention goes to Dinh Mai (also known as Ahn)—an exceptional support representative. If you have any concerns or find yourself struggling, Ahn is the person you want in your corner. His dedication to helping me succeed, along with his expertise and patience, made all the difference. When I mistakenly did something that nearly compromised my business’s Google account, Ahn stepped in. Within minutes, he diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and actually improved my account setup. His skill and knowledge are invaluable, and I’m genuinely grateful.

The Google review system BirdEye provides is a game changer. Before BirdEye, I managed to gather around 70 five-star reviews over six years. Since starting with BirdEye just a few weeks ago, I’m now nearing 100 five-star Google reviews—a clear testament to the system’s effectiveness and impact on visibility.
