I love the product as a whole as it allows me to have communicated and share files with anyone securely and safely. This makes the platform to be one of the best for my organisation.

I would not say I dislike anything about it, but generally when we started using Biocoded, we did not think of the pricing would increase that much. It was just the increased price which was the issue which we solved with the sales team.

Sometimes it is hard to open the documents from the chat box.

I normally just restart my computer when that happens! The benefits I've had doing that include a faster speed at viewing things.
