BRM is easy to use and accurate with all the detail being imported. when I do need help, support is very responsive. I use the invoicing and reporting features mostly.
The initial program around switching can be a pain but it is worth it and helps you to get your data all cleaned up and in order anyway, which should be done periodically. Only thing about the program itself that I find a hassle is if I make an entry error, for most fields, it won't jsut let me edit; I have to delete the line item and re-create it. I realize it is designed that was for security reasons but for me (the owner making the changes), being able to edit more easily would help me personally more than the extra security for employee input.

2. Allows me to accurately complete my monthly billing progress in a day or two.
3. Makes it easier for me to manage my USF contribution calculations and reporting.
4. the reporting helps me pull what i need for the quarterly FCC filings.
5. I pay ontime but my checks (sent by my bank since I use epay online) seem to get lost a lot and I get late notices. I have sent more payments than twice due ot them being lost. that is a bit frustrating but it is not a reflection of the billing system itself.

The system is very user friendly and intuitive
with any new program there are some issues but they have been addressed with the system updates

The ability to update fields, pull reports and create new rating options. I like that it is web based and has APIs to Salesforce.
Sometimes understanding the field names and mapping can be cumbersome to decipher.
We can send our invoices electronically and do not have printing costs. Reporting is easily accessible for multiple departments. Users functionality is easy to set up and limit.
