I love that we have a gamification platform that allows our new hires to engage in their training and interact with the data in a memorable way.

I haven't honestly had a negative experience with this software and we've been using it for over a year.

We use Zunos to implement and maintain our internal Talent Development. It allows us to train new hires on day 1 as well as refresh the training of existing employees and bring them all up to speed and get them on the same page.

Zunos allows for the quick creation of talent development tasks to be completed by both new hires and current employees. Their customer service (hey, Tammy!) is responsive and easy to work with.

The platform works best on a mobile device. This is difficult when creating training modules which require a user to complete tasks on another platform.

Zunos provides an easy way to track the progress of individual employees/users and give them access to the modules that are relevant to their role.

The Automated features were what attracted my attention the most.

The price point is expensive and I'm not sure I'm willing to commit yet
