I like how you are able to really understand customer's needs with this product and then be able to give them a solution based on the products and services your company sells.
I wish there was more support for users with the tool, a more immediate response to those in need of help with the service.

The main benefits I've realized by using this tool is a quicker response time from prospects, easily being able to build trust and awareness as well as being able to easily speak to the right person in charge that makes decisions.

Usually live chat softwares doesn't have nice mobile apps and get very late notifications even if they have one.

There are few things which these guys can add as it seems a new startups and trying to quickly develop the product.

I really like chat bot feature in BigRadar, no matter i am online or offline bot is always talking to my visitor and solving their quires.
I wish there was more support for users to set very specific email campaigns
using BigRadar chatbot to its fullest capacity, whenever a visitor comes on my website I push a special message to start a conversation and then get their contact information for future updates. BigRadar helps me with all the user data I get from chat, I can put multiple condition and filters to get exact user data and send them an email notification. BigRadar really help me to connect with my users.
