Bigly is a powerful, cost-effective & minimalistic CRM with marketing outreach for SMS, Email and Phone Calls. The best part is onboarding - they set up all the administrative and clerical for me, and then walked me through how to use Bigly for marketing execution.

There is not much to dislike - as Bigly clearly promotes that the application is not everything to all people. As I'm writing this review in April of 2023, Bigly does not have all the product features yet. However, I love the transparency of their product development for the very near future.

Marketing Automation applications, in general, try to do too many services when the software needs to stick to what brought them to the dance. Bigly also fulfills very big needs:

1. An easy-to-use CRM where I do not have to go through some academy or training to understand how to use.

2. Initial setup of the Bigly application. I have signed up for dozens of apps and only grasped about 10%. Their support sets up the laborious aspect of initialization and provides a walk though with an actual human being.

3. Cost-effective outbound marketing automation. In an era where freemium marketing outreach apps are jacking up their prices, Bigly is lowering my MarTech costs which increases my profit margin on my Profit and Loss.

Everything is in one place: your calendar, CRM, databases and the possibility to contact them whenever you want!

Love every feature. It is a very complete platform and they answer to any inquiry you might have.

I have all my communications in one place. I can reach all my clients easily with Bigly and what I love is that I really save a lot of time with Bigly. Besides, their prices are the best. I recommend it

Now Bigly satisfies all my needs. Also, if I need support they are really open to helping.

I'm saving time and money with Bigly and increasing my income. Before, I couldn't have it all in one place. So this platform helps us to be more productive and efficient
