Bidding Owl for us as a small nonprofit was the absolute best decision we could make to handle our annual GalaQ event and auction. Amazingly easy and customizable

So far we have not found any real dislikes about the software. Perhaps the ability to reset the details each year without having to call in but that is minor.

The ability to administer both online and in person auction elements has helped increase our auction sales and they make everything so easy to use.

BiddingOwl is user friendly, just the right price and their customer service staff is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, explain on your level and prompt.

We have used BiddingOwl for three (3) years now. We use all the features. One feature we would like to see, which has been included in their new and improved program is the program's capability to handle and record raffles by number. We will definately use BiddingOwl again for our next signature fundraiser of the year and utilize this new feature.

We are a non-profit and have limited resources. We have run an auction at our signature fundraiser each year for sixteen (16) years. This was always done manually. Hours were spent on this project. Now that we are using BiddingOwl, for three (3) years, everything is electronic. We have saved time, money and collecting funds from the winning bidders couldn't be easlier.

The new software is very easy to use. Of particular ease is the submitting of pictures which takes no time at all to upload and the display of the photos is large, clear and enhances the auction item.

We have been using biddingowl for 4 years and there is nothing we dislike about the software or the support recevied from biddingowl.

Their customer support is always available as live support. They make recommendations that are helpful. The site is easy to use and they appreciate your recommendations as well to improve their website.

Haven't experienced any issues so far. THere wasn't a "next" feature initially, but that was added in time for our live auction, so very responsive on their part.

THe ability to reach a much larger audience for auctions and to do so via website vs in person is HUGE

I appreciate the improvements made recently with the new platform, which made it a much more attactive platform. I recommend this for any non-profit as it's very easy to use for volunteers. Their customer service is great, I always hear back rather quickly when I contact them with a question.

I wish the Leader Board was more visually attractive or customizable.

Bidding Owl is easy for administrators and bidders, and I love that it allows 3 photos per item and the cost to use it is low (based on the total amount of winning bids.)

I wish I could filter out bidders who didn't win any items for the end of auction processing. It would be nice if I didn't have to manually select their invoices to not print.

Every time there is a small issue or something unclear, the Bidding Owl support team is very responsive.

Biddingowl.com is easy to use. Our organization has used it for the past 6 years. We used to just use the Silent and Live auction parts of the program. Since COVID, we have only done online auctions and it has been just as successful with the help of Biddingowl.com. We rarely need to reach out for help with customer service but when we have they are always quick to get back to us and resolve our problem.

The only thing I would change is the ability to add more than 3 pictures. Sometimes you need more pictures to vividly show the items.

The ability to use a straightforward program for fundraising, whether in person or online auction. We still are not utilizing all of the features provided.

I found it really easy to get started. There is no upfront payment, and the instructions are very clear. Their support was very responsive and addressed my issue in under an hour.

The available theme options are pretty limited.

Creating the online auction so that I can host an online auction with no technical skills needed.

We appreciate integration of the payment system so we don't have to worry about credit card security. Also, the ability to printout bidding sheets for in-person auctions so we don't have to make those independently.

It would be nice if auction items could be assigned to more than one category.

BiddingOwl extends the reach of our auctions and lets people who cannot attend our live events contribute.
