Employee retention and possible future promotions

I like that I can add multiple milestone to my base Goal and easily update my progress.

wish there was a reminder to go and review the goals as the end date approaches.

It helps to set a vision of what I want to achieve to develop my skills within timeframe.

They are easy to use, surveys are very useful to our org, and their customer support is surprisingly fast.

I wish we had more control over survey participants such as removing ourselves.

They are allowing us to gauge our employee's overall work health.

Talvez o processo de promoção. Pois tenho 2 anos e meio de empresa e tenho dado o meu melhor nos atendimentos, nos relatórios, procurando sempre estar a disposição da empresa e dos clientes para que o serviço seja bem executado e deixando o cliente satisfeito.

Acredito que aos poucos as coisa vão melhorando, pois esse anos recebi o reconhecimento referente a 2021 que foi muito bom. Deixa a gente mais animado em continuar desenvolvendo um ótimo trabalho.

Nothing special to mention about negative topics. Maybe some content is repetitive, but it could be their intention to repeat the message to help people to learn.

The system itself is easy to use & setup. I love that you can change the views from line items to charts to dashboard view at the click of a button. The customer service is great too.

Like every system in the world it requires the user to input & be diligent with the information that you are inputting into it. You only get out what you put in.

Much easier than spreadsheets and word documents to process OKRs within the organisation

Betterworks are allowing our organisation to move away from having 6 different Smartsheets to using one product so its simplifying how & where we have to input our OKRs.

Betterworks is very user-friendly. I love that it helps me to keep on track with my goals.

I have yet to find anything I dislike about Betterworks!

The Betterworks program had a great leader for our group who kept us engaged and on track. I also appreciated the wide range of OKR experience among my peers.

I chose the accelerated program that was over two weeks, I would have felt less rushed if I registered for the normal program.

We are a small organization that has just begun implementing OKRs into our operational efficiency. This program has expanded my OKR knowledge and assisted in solving problems regarding the rollout of our new initiative.
