Awesome Workflow Builder Minimizes Repetition

What do you like best about BetterCloud?

My favorite thing about BetterCloud is that you can build workflows to automate common admin tasks, even across SaaS applications. This bit of planning can help save you from carpal tunnel on dull repetitive actions and also from the heavier efforts of building a full script with API calls yourself.

What do you dislike about BetterCloud?

The interface could definitely be better, especially for the Google Administration module. There are plenty of useful reports and functions, but they can be hard to read or use at times when the titles are truncated or fields only display a small number of characters.

What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Today we primarily use it to overcome the operational limitations of the Google Workspace Admin console, particularly multi-step processes like user offboarding and account security. I look forward to expanding that to onboarding tasks and cross-SaaS operations such as Slack channel assignments.

Our off-boarding of staff in our school is seamless using BetterCloud.

There is nothing we don't like, but there are so many things it can do and we don't utilize enough of it.

For the cost, we probably don't get enough out of it.

It has more checks and balances than google admin so there is less likely hood of mistakes happening within the Better Cloud system. As well Things like delegation, shared inbox creation, and distribution list creation and updates are much easier through Better Cloud

The time it takes to sync with google. This causes issues with employee onboarding and any changes made to distribution list that are being implemented and need access a soon as possible

What problems is BetterCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

it has a lot of behind-the-scenes and app integrations that part of my team is working on to make life easier and more efficient. Plus the ease of use of the application makes it better for offboarding. I with there were an easier or automatic way too transfer user drive to manager at offboarding.

Easiest and most feature-full no-code automation solution

What do you like best about BetterCloud?

The onboarding/offboarding procedure has been automated and enhanced to a level no human hand could replicate. We also love the new self-service bot.

What do you dislike about BetterCloud?

I would love to have an option to rebrand the self-service bot beyond the title. An customizable icon would be really helpful for our adoption of this feature. I would also love to see a community hub of sorts where people can share their workflows or work out ideas for workflows with other BC users. I'm sure there's a lot BC can do that I haven't even considered and would love to see what is out there in the wild.
