Berrycast is my go to app for recording videos. I use it to answer clients questions, to make instruction videos and much more. It has options to link and save mp4 videos and organize them in folders. In top of all that it does, they have great customer service and keep adding features. Strongly recommend it.
Nothing yet. So far if they do not have the feature I need is usually because they are already about to make it available.
Quick explanations to staff and clients by allowing screen recording and video recording.
Ease of install and it works on much older pcs when others don't. Also the speed of development and new is refereshing.
As a new player in this field a few features I would have liked are not there yet, but I have faith in their team they will impliment them sooner than later!
Quick screencasts that don't take forever to save and share when needed and especially when in a crunch.
select an area, record it and send the link.... it works immediately
i don't know yet, sorry... but it solves all of my demands
many processes need a visual manual and nothing else solve it like berrycast
Berrycast is so easy to use - click to start recording, Berry cast records all the system audio and video, and then click to stop recording. From there - share the video with everyone. This tool has saved me countless hours of explaining, drawing on pieces of paper, and other frustrating experiences. There are a variety of configurable settings to customize your experience. The logo can be turned on or off. The camera can be turned on or off. Pausing and resuming of recording can be done with just a click. And all the video is automatically uploaded while the recording is underway. There is a Teams bolt in as well!
There aren't any negative drawbacks to this software - it works as advertised! I sometimes wish that my PC audio worked a little better with their app, but that's my AirPods Max being fussy more than anything.
If you are looking for an easy-to-use screen recorder that captures EVERYTHING, look no further. This one tool captures the screen, audio, and camera all with just one click. Sharing is a snap!
Before Berry cast, I was using TechSmith. And TechSmith didn't do everything that I wanted. I wanted to be able to record all the system audio and video and to share this with my team. This tool has saved my team and me hundreds of hours. My team members have all quickly adopted this software, and they are sending each other videos all the time. I was amazed at how quickly everyone got on board with this application!
Compared to other solutions, like Cloudapp, Berrycast is ridiculously fast - both in terms of the interface and in terms of the video encoding. It takes mere seconds to have a shareable link with a fully processed and viewable video. It is also easy to share via email and personal link including password protection
I would prefer an even tighter Microsoft Teams integration, making use of the normal "sharing" functionality and access permissions of Teams (i.e. sharing with individual people internally / externally, as well as group permissions) .
When we rolled out Berrycast to users across the company, we also created a small elearning course and gave specific guidance on what videos need to be password protected, and which not. I think the tool itself is very good - however the productivity booster comes from educating people on its use cases.
I use Berrycast daily to explain complex tasks to co-workers - but we also use it to record elearning content that we need to include in courses. For me it is a relevant productivity driver, making it much faster to record a short video to explain next steps, context, etc - then to write it all out.
very easy to use and fast sharing of video without uploading the video to any platform, It records my whole desktop screen in one click, just a few clicks to start my video record fastly, including with mic, audio, and video. Also, we get a unique URL to share, so no need to worry about how to share the video file with anyone.
The desktop app is laggy, it's not very convenient but works most of the time that's the thing I face sometimes. also, editing can be improved to get a more easy and faster way to do it without lagging.
Many times I have to report some issues to them then I was facing the issues then I got this tool and also I want to share or teach someone how you have to do this thing, then this is very helpful.
Desktop app, green mouse trail, easy, pause function
No fixed image option. It's either live camera feed or nothing at all. if they had a fixed image option then it's be perfect!
Sharing screen & training staff, making sales videos
Has unlimited video storage and all the functionality of the top screen recording software.
N/a - love this tool. There is nothing I would change.
Getting to record high quality videos, hosting and creating working procedures and educational videos easily and at scale.

I like the fact that Berry cast has a desktop app for windows that gives me the possibility to record ASIO audio for high-quality sound. Something other tools simply can't offer in an in-browser app experience due to limitations.
Nothing really. It is thought out extremely well.
I had to be able to record my microphone via ASIO driver for high quality audio.
