From a perspective of content creation and management, to the administrative capabilities of managing students, to the modern interface that students get to interact with, this has been a complete solution for our company to launch our first certification program on. Their implementation and support teams have been my favorite part. Very thorough and engaging.

The Tenant Admin section of the platform could be more connected and have more obvious links for navigating.

Creating a better way for our customers to learn our platform and do so in a consumable and strategic manner.

BenchPrep has a great team of very Knowledgeable professionals from Sales to service and from program management to development. They are a one stop shop that will accelerate your time to market 5X. The BenchPrep Software is very well designed with a real customer first approach and their agile development framework allows for intelligent experimentation and constant iteration to improve customer experience.

Some terms in the management console are "exam prep" heavy and could be modified to be more learner generic to meet different industry user needs.

The Team at BenchPrep Ascend does a great job helping you realize your business goals. Be upfront and open about your product requirements, and goals, so you have a shared understanding of what great looks like. Be realistic in your time frames. If you do these simple things you will be successful.

Getting to market in a short window with a fully managed Delivery platform, LCMS and ecommerce solution

While there are some limitations to the BenchPrep platform, out of the box it is the best solution for our product's needs. The team alway willing to explore opportunities to expand and grow features and functions.

Given the breadth of BenchPrep's clients and their individual needs it is sometimes hard to gauge where our specific product's new features and functions fall in terms of priority and opportunity for change despite our customers showing high demand for new things.

We are currently solving the problem of having a robust platform for deliver exam preparation content for a licensing exam. Outside of some new features, we have benefitted from the robust platform in that many of our customers have expressed no desired change in features and functions.

The team is open to finding and developing solutions to better help our members learn. Jessica has been a valuable asset and great communicator.

The rollout schedule can be frustrating to get issues solved and new functions added. It is understandable, but it can make what I would think be simple fixes take a while to reach our members.

A test plan that can break our exams down into multiple divisions - so studying for specific exam sections becomes more relevant. There is a lot of functionality that we didnt know was available to us. We will be able to make practice exams that are much more familiar to the real thing.

The benchprep platform is a turnkey solution for PMI's needs. The platform is so easy to use for both customers and admins. The study plan feature, the strength, and weaknesses is a very useful feature for an exam prep candidate. The flashcards and practice exams are a great feature.

Some features cant be customized. Though the team works with you to understand and do their best to fit the needs.

I'm solving a lack of prep resources for a certification. The product helps me reduce the test anxiety of my customers. The benefits are enormous. My customers love the product we have put out. The ease of access, availabity of the product as a web app and on Android and iOS really adds value.

I like the ability to change problems at will and send those changes immediately out to all users.

It would be helpful to have more control over the management of certain features, such as restricting certain characters in student answers.

BenchPrep Ascend has made it easy to make sure students keep learning while they work remotely.

The product user interface is excellent and modern. The team is friendly, supportive, and quick in responding to issues and delivering solutions.

BenchPrep Ascend may not have all the features a user may need for a product. However, the team is willing to take requests and work with their engineers to bring new feature ideas to life. There are many technical issues we have to navigate through on a monthly basis.

BenchPrep Ascend is allowing us to create a brand-new product that will serve as a study tool for users aspiring to gain certifications.

The promptness of their customer service is A+! They are also willing to "move with the times" regarding technology. Always reaching to impove the experience. Making it more intuitive and pleasing to the eye.

It's frustrating at times, waiting weeks for simple deploys.

The outdated look of our study aids platform. Awesome customer service.
