The notification feature of this platform is accurate and fast. The customer support system is responsive as compared to other applications. E-mails can be put by drag and drop feature which is easy to use. It is quite affordable for many users. It attracts many users’ by offering rich features. for the users as it cost low and offers all the new and updated features in a single place with just one click.
It should be users’ choice and preference to make edits and campaigns. There is no mobile application for this platform at this time. Users cannot delete the tags and cannot merge the contacts as per their preference.
The interface is fast, simple and flexible. It is extensible and easy to use and understand. It has several built-in features. The integration is updating with time. It is a reliable platform.
The sorting and ability to personalize your columns on your views. The filters are pretty thorough and aids in retrieving the right information that you are looking for.
not being able to do any adhoc reports in the software
If you are looking for a place to hold all your contacts, companies, contracts, deals and stats, BenchmarkOne will work for you. If you need to do email campaigns or promotions, it is very easy to select your audience and set up email templates and campaigns as well. I have trained several new users at my place of employment, who have never used a CRM before, and it was very easy to explain.
WE are just now getting into segmenting them and identifying the service line contracts with each contact/company - very easy to customize the forms
I think the performance will increase once this project is completed

PROS: At first, I was quite sceptical about trying out Hatchbuck because I wasn’t sure of what it does and how it can help my business grow. But then I decided to take advantage of the free trial to see how things work. The product comes with a smart-looking dashboard that helps you plan and execute things smoothly. Hatchbuck creates a personal profile for each client so you can easily monitor their activities whenever they come and check out your e-commerce site. You can easily send bulk e-mails to promote your latest products and services. It saves you time and effort while getting the same amount of results. I tried using all of its features, and I realized that each of them comes with a corresponding benefit to my current business. I realized that it is okay to shell out a small portion of my income in exchange for a software that can help you promote your business effectively.
CONS: There are times when I needed immediate help from their support team. But the problem is it's hard to keep in touch with them, especially after office hours. They should look into assigning some of their personnel to handle chat support 24/7 so clients would be given fast resolution to their problems and queries at any time of the day.
PROS: It's so easy to learn and adapt to this new program. I can do so many things in just one sitting, which makes me more effective in my job. Simple tasks such as sending e-mails, reminders, and promotions can be done efficiently. There are so many things that Hatchbuck can offer that will give your business a boost in sales and marketing.
CONS: The people behind Hatchbuck needs to take matters more seriously. Many users are not satisfied with their level of customer service. It’s pretty slow, and sometimes I feel that there is no sense of urgency from their end. They should look into upgrading their branding to attract more prominent clients.
PROS: I consider myself very lucky to be using Hatchbuck to help me run my business. It comes with a long list of awesome features that help me with marketing and customer service. It is a multifunctional tool that enables you to save some money because there is no need for you to invest in other platforms to perform specific tasks and help you retrieve your performance reports and statistics. Also, I would like to commend their support team for always being helpful and proactive whenever we needed immediate help with regards to specific issues.
CONS: I believe that Hatchbuck is a well-equipped app to help support any marketing projects that you would like to spearhead. However, I also think that they should try their best to develop more impressive features so clients like me would continue to use the software for a very long time. They could incorporate a click to call feature that allows you to make a phone call or leave detailed voicemails to the customer’s account, send SMS using the platform by batches and make sales reports more accurate and comprehensive.
I like that you can customize the searches and filter buttons and have a saved search filter.
I don't like that sometimes it crashes - I feel like there may be too many people using it at one time when this happens.
I recommend using BM1!
I usually just tell my branch manager when these things happen, and we troubleshoot to figure out how to proceed.
I love how easy it is to use. I've tried a bunch of other CRM's and BenchmarkONE is by far the easiest and best value I have found.
I wish there was a mobile app for iPhone.
I'm using BenchmarkONE for email marketing and CRM tracking. I love the analytics from the email platform. And best of all - creating email campaigns is so easy and they look great!

I have used Hatchbuck (now BenchmarkONE) for 7+ years. The tool has everything you need for email marketing, CRM, sales pipeline management and more. As compared to other companies out there with similar capabilities, their value is incredible!

BenchmarkOne is an awesome tool. It has a lot of "pack" to the "punch" and for a very reasonable price. It is right up there in capability as some of the tools that cost $1000/mo+.
