Helpful in time management, saving a lot of time for other works, and making agenda in advance with team collobration is a very good feature. Followup and recording of meeting tasks is a nice use of this.
Little bit confused about finding a mobile application because the same logo is not seen in the Android play store. The overall PC application is good. A little bit expensive for small companies.
1. Proper Time management for meetings
2. Preparing the Agenda in advance is very helpful.
3. Proper Documentation of meetings tasks and actions and follow-up.
4. Security feature is good for confidential information.
5. For Remote meetings.
Beenote keeps our meetings structured and all data and meeting notes are viewable during and after. Keeps us on time. Keeps us organized. Less prep and less follow up after.
It's amazingly helpful and has all the elements so there is nothing to dislike.
Time wasted going back and forth in meeting or jumping ahead, keeps meetings organized and presents all data after any meeting to keep us transparent and productive. Remote world necessity!
It's excellent for taking minutes. Works well and has a statistics board to understand the happenings in the meeting. Integrates with mostly all workspaces, UI is easy to use and understand, nothing as technical about it
I hope they have admin privileges over other users. I don't think the management team will be happy that their executives can access the meeting minutes. A bit laggy at times
When you have many meetings throughout the day, it becomes pretty tricky to remember everything. Beenote is quite helpful as it record the minutes and details of the meeting.
Its a great, accountability is solved for me, I no longer have to sit down, write each meeting, take follow ups and intimate my colleagues for scheduling or attending meetings.
It saves a lot of time for me, helps in documentation too.
Some features are a bit hard to use, on the User interaction point of view, a little tiny bit not great on the UI side or the visual appearance part i something that I kinda dislike, but it doesn't at all keeps me away from using Beenote.
It's solving the Meeting management problem for me, helps me save time, more importantly helps me save my mental bandwidth, I no longer have to worry about documentation or minutes of meetings, I can easily do it with beenote.
We use Beenote for our team meetings, and it is really useful because we mostly work remotely. So, communicating with other teammates is important, and for this, we use Beenote and we love it so far. The best thing about Beenote is that we can hold the meetings and continue anytime.
The UI and UX aren't so good, and it needs to be improved. Otherwise, it is good to use, and it is a must-have for remote teams.
We use it to communicate with our teammates who work remotely. So together we can plan and finish the tasks, and create agendas, and it is like we are working together even if we are not in the office. Another best thing is we can create templates, so it is not needed to create from scratch every time.
Straight forward, easy to follow up on tasks and progress of projects. the integration with Microsoft 365 makes a big difference, especially with microsoft teams. Available for multiple platforms
Add more features such as meeting coordination, budget planning tools, and more tools to optimize the menu items, it takes a lot of screen space with no ability to change the location of it
The fact that it integrates with my calendar helps me to keep track of the project's progress and follow up with the team's activities, the real-time voting feature helps us make faster decisions regarding the next steps
I used Beenote for a while in one of my previous organizations. One that stood out to me, was the feature to record the meeting and transcribe the Meeting/Stand-up Minutes. This was very useful, as it gave to chance to revisit the agendas/Tasks discussed in the meet.
To the extent that I explored Beenote, there was nothing that I disliked. Being said that, a few things can always be improved, like the speed of Interface to user interaction, rest was good enough & was helpful in multiple ways.
Documenting your meeting has always been a challenge. Team members should have a chance to revisit the agendas discussed. Furthermore, clarity of what kind of task is assigned is again important, Beenote here played a nice role in enhancing the experience and above all Meeting efficiency!
Easy to schedule meetings, track tasks, document notes, etc.
UI is a little outdated, could be snappier and cleaner.
Can schedule meetings with teams, invite guests, track in calendar, etc.
The agenda feature is great for helping the meeting to stay on task. Beenote works great with GSuite and has an easy to learn interface.
At present I do not have a dislike or downside of using Beenote. I am still learning how to make maximum use of all that it offers.
Beenote takes minutes during the meeting which helps save time and allows everyone to be more present during meetings.
